Thanks for your knowledge and direction where to receive more. Always trying to grow in my passion. I'm raising american bullys and we've got alot to learn and grow in.
In the Breeding Academy is there anyone doing a dog breeding program based on inbreeding and/or even linebreeding without any outcrossing and getting great results?
You have to remember mother nature naturally does this on her own. Kenny has a program that shows you exact steps to take. There is a way to avoid inbreeding depreesion.
In my breed we have such a small gene pool. That after a few generations we need an outcross. Maybe not the same in CC because you have a lot more genetic diversity. In my breed we only have a core group of around 15 dogs that all our dogs go back to.
I haven’t taken his master class but I do listen to his podcasts. I like what I hav3 heard but Some things in dogs are just different, like we don’t cull but sell as pets. And we must wait til two to breed them. Much slower than fowl. Plus we can’t really evaluate till they are around 18 months.
From Listening to kenny and frank I think the idea is to have such large numbers of ur family of dogs that ur not breeding real close all the time but still keeping it in the family If u was gonna inbreed farther to daughter to granddaughter to Grt granddaughter You'd definitely need to outcross to negate the inbreeding depression But if u have a family of dogs large enough numbers on the ground Say the "foundation" plus son's, daughters, aunties uncles, cousins, brother's sister's, half siblings, grandchildren there's enough scope to keep things in the family while also keeping the gene pool not to tight I can see how things would be expensive and challenging having 30 to 40 dogs to have such large numbers of a family
@ItWasntMe9196 Facebook, groups, dog shows take your time and ask questions. Take your time. TH-cam isn't always the best platform unless its a really good channel aimed to teach you about your breed.
SALUTE NWACC!!🫡 STAY ROYAL!!👑💯💪🏿💜🙏🏿🔥
People just mate their dogs vs. breed . Breeding is analysing and planning. Then the breeder initiates the mating process.

In the dog world very few ppl actually cull their pups vs just pet them out.

The more a dog breed is made up of other breeds it will have more variations in type in it's productions.

I've seen a few in there Javier

@NWACaneCorsos if mother nature avoids this naturally there wouldn't be animals that go instinct without human intervention.
Wolves inbreed and line breed naturally and they are not in extinct @javiernoriega560
It's called the founders program.
As a dog breeder I don’t ageee with his outcross theory. At a point you have to out cross at some point.
Explain why my friend.

How to I go about finding a mentor?
