    Hey man! You said you have torn your labrum, what have you done for rehab / strengthening & stabilizing?

      Hey so sorry for the delayed response! I couldn’t do external rotation for a long time without severe pain so I focus on high reps of lateral raises and reverse flys with super light dumbbells. I’m talking sets of 50 to 100. To get blood around the injury and strengthen the surrounding muscle. After several months I was able to do external rotation with small weight and work it back up to normal
