One of the rare times I actually agree with the person being filmed. More often than not people who request not to be filmed have anxiety and they say things out of fear if i was DJ I would’ve said “just to let you know I also have a body camera that you’re currently on” because I guarantee he didn’t notice it.
I thought these audits were all about Photography not being a crime and standing up to people who tell you you cant do it… this poor lad at work isnt telling you you cant do it, hes asking politely not to film him, so although yes legally you can film him at work, surely common decency should prevail and you can respect someones wishes for not wanting to be on film?

The driver was a good man making a reasonable request. He didn’t know the law but I think DJ should have been better with him and agreed to blur after he apologised. Rare to see people own up like that and respect deserves respect.
