Hanno fatto una Brisee utilizzando, panna o latte (non si è visto bene) al posto dell`acqua, e una piccola quantità di zucchero, penso che abbiano usato anche il sale, che ci vuole. Le decorazioni di frutta sono molto belle. Già che avere quella bellissima frutta, matura al punto giusto, facilità tutto il lavoro. Porzionare parte delle torte è un lavoraccio, ci vuole precisione e pazienza. Vedo che vendono sia torte intere, che porzionate e soprattutto frutta fresca di altissima qualità. Insomma un negozio molto speciale, una boutique della frutta con annessa pasticceria. Io personalmente non l`ho mai vista. Sono bravissimi, mi complimento molto con tutti loro. 高級そうなフルーツをふんだんに惜しげもなく使われてるから、すごいなーどんな大手のパティスリーかと思ったら、フルーツ屋さんだったんですね。
うちは小さな菓子店でタルトもを出していますが、フルーツの仕入れなどこちらの思うようなものがなかなか日々手に入らないので、羨ましいです。
マンゴーやメロン、イチジクのタルトおいしそう！しかし、ダマンドは見た限りではあんまり入れられないのですね〜

Le prix de ces tartes doit être très élevé. Les fruits sont très très chers au Japon , du luxe … j’aimerai bien savoir le prix d’une grosse tarte aux fruits par curiosité. J’avoue ne pas comprendre le prix exorbitant des fruits. Sinon elles sont vraiment magnifiques. 🥰 par contre les parts de tarte sont vraiment petites. 🧜‍♀️
