Dumb things knife people say: I've got "jimping. " What's the "choil?" I've got a good "purchase" on this handle. Say grip, vs "purchase." We already have a regular word for that concept. Why say purchase instead of grip?

Good comparison. The minor differences can separate a legal concealed carry knife in some jurisdictions.

ESEE has the 3hm listed with .125 maximum thickness, you have .130 in the video. Just wanted to point that out.
Specs. were approximate to the nearest hundredth of an inch at the time of upload.

I'm a fan of Kydex as well. I think they went with leather to fit with the less tactical applications intended with this knife.
ESEE 4 HM has Kydex option now.
