- Ubisoft's first person tactical shooter Rainbow Six Siege is available from today on Xbox One, PS4, PC and in case you've not decided to jump in just yet we've captured all of the rather cool Rainbow Six Siege operator movies which give an overview of the skills of each playable character. There are two sides, attacker and defence where each operator has a defined role to play when building a team against other human players or AI controlled terrorists. These are well made video sequences and worth taking a look at even if you're not so interested in the tactical game itself.

I actually first got Siege when it came out god knows how long ago; I remember I was looking through each and every operator's videos, eager to learn more about them; there was a certain feel to them that was so hype, it legit saddens me they never used this kind of style of video (eh, they kinda do, but really only in trailers) more?
The one that'll ALWAYS stick with me is Montagne's! He was my main on the attacking side, and that video was probably one of the reasons why; hearing the police sirens and French yelling and just seeing this HULKING FRENCH MAN with a revolver sold me on him for life!
Monty is based on real GIGN operator shield operator who took shotgun blast, grenade blast and full auto gun fire but he never stopped pushing during the plane siege in French flight Hostage crisis.
I love how they're just like, "remember that jäger guy, yeah, the guy that did what we said was impossible. Let's send him out in the field, not as an inventor no no no, as a soldier.

Maybe it's wishful thinking but maybe we'll get a campaign down the line? I mean, Ubisoft went through the trouble to create a backstory and personality for every single operator so there's a lot of potential to be had with them and the White Masks and all that.
+Sean The situations are literally tutorials for multiplayer, and article 5 was just a terrorist hunt in a different map.
Primordial Bias didn't need a campaign, the game successfully had a tutorial for the multiplayer
Oh yes, it does need a campaign. Many people like myself, didnt buy the game at launch because of a lack of singleplayer. I wasnt going to fork out 80 bux Australian for an MP only game. That said, I still enjoy the game - I just dont like the trend of FPS going MP only.
