thanks for the comprehensive walk through. It's amazing how intimidating these things appear to be at first, but then just become very matter of fact simple after you jst play with it. So much possibility in this machine, especially if if really experiment and use your insight and imagination a little. Thanks again man!
Thank you for this video!! Recently bought a boss RC-300 but have been pretty much clueless on how to use it, so I've been browsing through many boss rc-300 videos for the past month trying to get a basic understanding of how to use it, but I swear I just learned more from your video than all the others combined!! Thank you again for taking the time to walk us through and explain all the different settings and features clearly! Cheers!! 👍
did you create a video of you performing with the RC300? I have it but haven't used it to play culbs yet. I would like to watch how you record tracks while you're playing live and then come back and play them so you can play over the top.
I just got the looper. I am totally new to electronic anything. If I want to use the guitar pedals I have bought with my harp and the looper does my instrument ho into the guitar pedal then the looper?
do you know how to hear a audio input but not record that? i have a drum machine e want to hear the beat but not record (i dont have a mixer vet and i have pluged my phones on the rc300 only, thanks!
I just wanna make the first guitar loop --- this machine is for engineers not musicians - your video is greatly appreciated but I can loop and overdub in ways that are less tech demanding
Hiya buddy would you know how to connect a effects processor, Boss GT 100, can’t seem to get things talking .. any help would be appreciated, I’m a bit stuck ... thanks and all the best
je suis désolé mais il n'y a presque pas de démo en Français et ça me fout les boules d'avoir une machine si performante et de ne pas pouvoir m'en servir merci de m'aider!!!
Others have elsewhere. This one is still the most versatile for I/O as far as the floor units go. The RC-5 and the RC-500 are both 32-bit and have more well thought out modern interfaces, but the RC-300 has a lot more I/O, as well as all of the extra dedicated switches. Best to take a look at the new ones specs, and if this one has anything you NEED, go for this, but otherwise the new ones seem to be a step up in general quality, if a step down for some more specific situations.
@@gloryholetoanotherdimension I think I agree with you. I have the impression that the new generation has a load of crazy stuff/effects but this one has more usable functions for me.
I love how you went through all the different things it can do, then said that you don't use any of them.

Midi…I makes my brain hurt too, Mate.
You gotta be more deliberate, careful with your camera. Too much jostling around gives me a headache.
so don't watch it
Boss has a new range of loopers . This unit is relatively old. Have you compared it with the new generation ?

I need evidence on how it works for the musicians creativity. Otherwise…you sound like a salesman for ????
