Here is a written out version of this pattern: sc- single crochet inc- increase dec- decrease (note that this pattern uses invisible decreases) R1: 6 sc into magic circle R2: inc in every stitch of previous row (2 sc in every stitch) R3: inc in every other stitch (sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat) R4: inc in every third stitch (2 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat) R5: inc in every fourth stitch (3 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat) R6: inc in every fifth stitch (4 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat) R7-R10: sc in every stitch R11: dec in every fifth stitch (4 sc, crochet the next two stitches together, repeat) R12: dec in every fourth stitch (3 sc, crochet the next two stitches together, repeat) (ADD STUFFING) R13: dec in every third stitch (2 sc, crochet the next two stitches together, repeat) R14: dec in every other stitch (sc, crochet the next two stitches together, repeat) FINISHING: slip stitch, close the hole with needle using yarn tail.
I'd almost given up on making a ball. They had unsightly seams and obvious decreases. My biggest take away is your genius invisible decreases. I might even make a sweater. Thanks

You shouldn't say increase for everything. For example row 4 you should say 2 single crochet and 1 increase repeat all around. It would sound confusing for some people. Still looks very nice.

Why not putting slip stitch end of each rows?
You can also do that if you want. But in my amigurumis I prefer continues stitch.

If you put slip stitch in every end of the round it it noticeable unlike to the continues rounds.
