They cut out the part where you're repeatedly threatened to get stabbed.

Nice video but if I were a patient I would find a counselor wearing a nose ring a complete turn off. I don't think it's a professional look. If you disagree that's fine. It's my opinion.

Get over it lmao. You can force them to look professional when they are making more than 40k

Research before sending a loved one to this place! Amber Englehardt is absolutely the worse counselor. She doesn't respect the clients, nor does she respect their families. She attempts to isolate the families from the clients by encouraging them to remove them from a contact list. She laughs at the families concerns and doesn't' follow protocols in emails sent by the center. If you disagree with them, they refuse to call you back label you as a troublemaker and their supervisors are no better. They did not give a loved one a message to call referencing an emergency. Even stated "if they want to call you, they will" and when the loved one doesn't call caused animosity and anger. They do not promote family support! Run far from here! My loved one is not in a much better facility! And Hes healing! Been in contact with 2 other families that have experienced the exact same thing! They are ONLY money focused! They take logical heathy people to question their own sanity! Thats crazy! Then attempted to REFUSE to release him! He asked to leave to go to a better program for 4 days! It wasn't until you make a large enough stink, and they figure okay let him go before they do it. Save your family and go elsewhere. I saved mine and Hes thriving now!
