Thanks, I appreciate that. Let me know if you face any problems or need some help. A friend of mine told me that small Bowden cable works great for pulling the wires through. Maybe something you want to try, if you have some accessible.
nice one! i used old throttle cables to pull all the wires through - since they're much more stable it's a bit easier to get everything in, especially if your trying with several cables+button all at once
Hi Joshua, in my opinion you have created a very helpful and clear video. 👌🏻 Encourages me to change my wiring harness and finally route the wires in the handlebars.
Thank you, Michael! Yeah…that was my goal, after so noticed how important the right order is. I hope it helps you. It’s definitely worth it. Makes everything look so neat 👌 Are you already using the Munit? And which controls do you have on your bike?
My mini buttons are from Motone with an electronic module for lights, high beam, horn & indicators only. The rest of the wiring harness is original and anything but tidy...😉
Hi I ove the idea of the mo unit and enjoy watching your videos. When you say click on a link for certain things, no links showing what should I do to access the links. I am new to you tube.
Hi, that’s alright. Underneath each video there is a little description box which you can unfold by clicking „more“. The first line of the description states the number of clicks the video got so far and when it was posted. It’s in the descriptions where you find more information and the links. I hope that helps 👍 If you have any questions regarding the mo.unit feel free to reach out.
Are you going to protect those connections in the switches in some way? For moisture/rust over time? Perhaps some kind of resin/glue type of stuff to "seal" them / the bare metal?
@@MotoWrenchers I would seal the bare connections up with silicone.. You could always heat them up a bit and pry the silicone off. But Dialectric grease also is very good at keeping moisture/water out.
Hi, it’s the 2 in 2 hot rod exhaust from Mass Moto. In case you want to support the channel and get the build sheet with extensive info on all of the parts and viable alternatives check out the link in the description 👌 Have a good one brother! Ps: Btw, it sounds amazing. I fired the bike up in the previous video and I was pleasantly surprised. Haven’t heard it since I bought the exhaust.
Thank U for this informative video. Great work !!!
Great video, I’ve saved it for when I tackle this in a few months time

Hey Lukas! That’s a good tip. I’ll keep that in mind for the next one 👌 How’s the XT doing? Are you enjoying spring in Berlin? 😍
Fiddly work but the end result looks great! Great idea to have the exit hole in the handlebar clamp!
Yeah, in the end it’s absolutely worth it! Thanks for the kind words, you’re a legend 😎
You are both legends my friends.
Hugh, I have spoken.😎
@@MotoWrenchers Thanks man! Right back at you! ✌
@@michaelelse9328 Thank you my friend! So are you! 🤘
Dude, love seeing you two here. At some point we have to arrange a meeting somewhere and go for a little ride 🤩

@michaelelse9328 just checked out the buttons. They look sleek 🤩 Let me know should you need any help!
@@MotoWrenchers Thanks my friend! 👍🏻

That's a very good point. I might add some dielectric grease or would you recommend glue or maybe silicone? 🤔

@HuskyRides sounds good! I’ll add some silicone. Thanks for the good advice 🙏
Excellent video!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it.
Very appreciated!
Hi man, thanks for the feedback!
What kind of exhaust is on the bike in the background?
