I let my daughter listen to you without watching the video. At first, she thought someone was just doing a drum cover. Then I asked her who was singing; she said Karen Carpenter. I then showed her the video and like me, got the surprise of her life. The resemblance is uncanny, though not perfect in pitch but boy, it wasn't at all unpleasant. Singing like Karen Carpenter isn't the easiest thing to do and for the effort, you should be very proud of what you've all done here.
Good gracious! For an entire combo, including backing vocals, this is an awesome cover. An excellent job of recording, and a truly enjoyable listening experience...take it on the road!

I’m really amazed at the musicianship that you have gathered in one place. And I love how you’re using the electronic drums to keep things quiet for everybody in that space. I’m sure they all appreciated that. Terrific musicians. Your lead singer struggles with pitch and support in many different places. It’s not easy to sing the way she is singing, so it doesn’t surprise me that someone as skilled as she is still struggles with pitch and control on this song. Well done, and total respect for this effort.
It takes a lot of talent to pull off a recording of this caliber in one take with so many musicians. Any one of them could have flubbed it at one point and have to start all over again. What's just as amazing is the mix. No one is overpowering anyone else. As was mentioned in a few comments below, Michelle has a few pitch problems, mostly in the runs of notes, but overall, this is a very impressive cover.
