What a coincidence, only 2 days ago I was thinking of chat masala . About making it myself and so trying to guess the ingredients. So this was so timely . Thanks .

Hi Varun I like your presentation every time I love the way you explain in simple English and very capable person to teach the cooking is very easy. I think your wife and children are happy to have as a husband and father. Very great personality hatsoff
I live in a kinda small city in Sumatra Island. I had always dreamed to try making Indian food myself, because I love them (I ate them whenever I visited Singapore...I love samosas, anything in green masala, chicken tikka masala etc) but I can't find chaat masala in the local supermarkets (I only find garam masala). So I decided to search this video to make them myself...but damn...I can't find asafoetida, black salt, mango powder, and fresh mints... 😢 Shoot... Going back and forth to Singapore just to eat Indian food is too expensive for me. 😅 Maybe I had to order them online instead. Cool video, though...I love the way the chef explained everything he's done... 👍❤
Tq for sharing may l know chat masala is used for what type of food n what is black salt, we dont have it in Malaysia. Hope you will share your receipe of garam masala too. Thanks once again.
Your English is very impressively good and making chaat Masala is amazingly awesome...I truly love and enjoy your video...please help me to get hing powder since it is not available in my place in Meghalaya
I have a tip to add to it though.DONT roast salt + hing.simply add them to other warm ingredients & they will roast just right on their own....cause salt n hing if toasted even slightly more will taste bitter or dirty pungent.
Wow amazing, thanks for sharing, now i can make my own. Only thing now is trying to get hold of the black rock salt. I knew this ingredient was in chaat masala, but i had no idea what it looked like until today. Thankyou for showing that, now i know what it looks like i can go on the hunt for some😊👍🏻
I love your presentation. Humble, clear and concise. Awesome! Thanks.
