Excellent genuinely real and relevant video Antonio. Virtual hugs to you and anyone else that needs it. Stay safe, stay awesome, and be well. 🤜🤛👍👍🙃✌️
Wow, you sound really relaxed on this one, not the Marine Officer type as usual.
Alright Antonio, I see you 🇺🇸
🫡
Appreciate this
No men have been on the moon 😂😂
This video is wisdom. Thanks
The best therapist is yourself!
I appreciate the raw emotions, I was widowed at 41 with a 6yr old daughter…. But we pushed through, what was the darkest of times… And I’ve been rewarded with an amazing wife, that loves me, and my daughter! Thanks for a great channel, and great videos!
… I too have undergone
your journey & understand it well,
I have taken the mindset of
“This too Shall pass.”
But a lot of younger guys aren’t even pursuing women - they don’t even seem to want sex . I never expected men to behave like this
@@brianmeen2158 yea I know its weird I’m one of the only people out of some of my friends who actually pursues women and wants sex

Mentally strong as fuck . Everyone looks at these huge muscular men and super athletes as symbols of strength, this is real strength . Keep pushing brother
Im in the same shoes got nasty nerve pinchment and stiff muscles that brought me having terrible migraines on daily basis when i was just 22 im 27 now about to be 28 soon, still havent recovered i lost 20 kilograms of healthy weight and life has been hell ever since struggling with daily insane amount of pain and headaches which people dont see and think im being lazy and thats why i havent acomplished much (i havent stoped working but i havent really done much for the last 5 years other than go to work)
Well done, brother. There is more confidence, acceptance, and wisdom in your 1 TH-cam comment than I have seen from certain healthy, wealthy "men" I have the displeasure of knowing.
Thank you for making yourself vulnerable to your audience. This is the real manliness missing from a lot of those red pill communities. Been proudly following your for over a decade. Thank you!!
When I was a kid my dad gave me a copy of the Lord of the Rings, and it took me until I was older to realize that Aragorn is basically the quintessential paragon of masculine virtue. If you’re ever wondering what a true man looks like, it’s basically that. Aragorn didn’t care about his riches or his power, or how many women he seduced. He cared about protecting the realms of those who could not protect themselves. He didn’t rush back to Gondor, but rather hung out near the Shire because the Shire had no defenses. He led men into battle when needed but was content to be alone if it meant fulfilling his mission in life. He was a skilled healer and healed wounds caused by the darkness of the Nazgûl because of his purity. Importantly when the elves felt the calling to leave Middle Earth because of the corruption and darkness of Mordor spreading into the land, Aragorns mortality and humanity allowed him to stay and face the darkness without being diminished by it.
Aragorn is basically a superhero. Tall, strong, gifted with almost unlimited lifespan with a noble Numenorian heritage. Not that relatable to be honest. The Count of Monte Cristo is a lot better model for a common man in my opinion of course.
@@artemrevelskywhich makes his humility even more impressive
Maybe it is a little off the theme as it is anime, but I always look too at Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke for pure masculine attitude as concept. So great image of a man being honorable.
Watch out for the Smeagals you run across in life.
‘Round here he’s known as Strider.
Antonio, I've been watching your channel for years and this is by far the BEST video you have ever made. There is so much toxicity around men today that so many end of confused and angry when it doesn't have to be that way. Your honesty and humility is so welcomed in an age of liars cheats and I have the greatest respect for you and everything you do. You WILL change the world with this type of content and you should be so proud for standing up for what you believe in. Fight the good fight my friend
I was about to respond to Antonio but you (Daniel McHugh) said it as well as could be. And Antonio, this was heart wrenching and at the same time a display of human emotion and courage at its finest. Carry on!
+1. This is what the internet could have been. Substantial, personal, vulnerable, and true. More of this please!
I didn’t think I would be crying this morning, as a father it’s a heart breaking story and I’ll be definitely be holding my kid tight today when I see her. Thanks for sharing and being vulnerable and being an good example to young men or to all men.
Thank you for watching.
This made you cry? You're right to seek out what is a man type channels. Best of luck.
This was one of your best videos. Semper Fi.

In an age where the most popular and monetized YT content is how to get rich fast, weight loss secrets that no one knows, and anything controversial that commands attention: Good for you Antonio for aligning your content with your values. It’s a pleasure to know you through this forum. Thank you for bringing true gentlemanly topics to the table while staying authentic to real life challenges for us all.
Don’t let off the gas man!
Thanks for sharing. You've always struck me as being so much more genuine than most TH-cam personalities, and you've literally been like a father figure for me and I know countless other men in these turbulent times. Thanks Antonio for helping us keep pushing forward every day.
I’m going to share this with my son. One of the things you might have reinforced a bit more is the concept of honesty. Men are honest with themselves and with others, even when it’s hard.
Please do!
Lies and deception chain us down and make us slaves. Being an honest with yourself and others is the most liberating thing a man can do.
How is that? All of the effort and energy that goes into keeping track of the lies is completely wasted energy. Utilizing that effort instead to go out and change the world?
Well, that makes you a dangerous man indeed.
Hey Antonio. I’ve been following you and Aaron for less few years, I am a 58-year-old man one of my hobbies is dressing well and bargain shopping. Thank you for being so authentic and honest. with the rise of this toxic red pill mentality, we need someone,( who has a significant platform )with a positive outlook on true masculinity.
This is one of your best - ever.
Humanity first…
We must care for one another!
We must disban the corrupt courts against men.
We are one another. The sooner people realize what you do unto others you do unto yourself. The better off we will be. Soon we will feel nothing but love for each other, but in order to do that we have to love ourselves and accept ourselves and then the outflow of love will be like the waterfall from a strong river. Love and light in the name of our creator.
This is 10000% your best video. Raw, emotional and true.
Thanks for sharing this. You're helping a lot of young men out there like myself.
Thanks for watching!
Antonio, this is what is is to be a man, to be vulnerable and purposefully present. Thank you for your words of encouragement and your resilience. Thank you for this brother!
Prayer is something that has helped to keep me centered. Especially, when the rest of the world is falling apart.
I'm glad that you're experiencing awesome results with prayer. Most people on the planet believe in some sort of deity. But in reality prayer doesn't do anything but convince oneself of something. It provides hope when one feels helpless but ultimately does nothing to change the trajectory of their lives. However, calculated plans and action is the only thing that impacts change.
Be so strong that you are gentle.
That story struck with me. I have recently become alone and I am worried that will happen to me. It sucks to just exist on your own. There really needs to be more communities and outreach for men who feel alone. I can literally spend days and days in my own home with just my dog without anyone checking up on me.
Part of the reason I came to your channel in the first place. To make myself better so I can eventually find a partner and friends as my self esteem is pretty low at the moment.
It's really horrible to not have a partner, friends and a family who are too busy with their own lives to truly make an effort to help you.
So this video has helped me. Thankyou.
Good luck in your quest and may it meet with great success. Hope you are well.
Hello sir, I am very sorry for what you are going through right now, I suggest you look for a good church that you can join and share in community with them, God gives inexplicable peace and puts the right people in our path. and it would also be good for you to travel and visit other places if you can. For example, I am from Africa, here we have beautiful places to visit. wish you all the best.
I also recommend that your pursue a hobby with social interactions. Sports, group activities & dancing are good ones. The main focus is people.
Man look what's happening in Japan and the lonely deaths. So many men dying alone and their bodies rot for months. Its so bad that they have whole cleaning companies specializing in lonely deaths.
Pets are great companions.
Real men real talk. This was phenomenal. Thank you for getting raw with us. I always appreciate a little nudge in the right direction.
As a 24 year old guy just trying to navigate everything I truly appreciate this video. I've been subbed to you since the beginning literally growing up with this channel and this is by far one of your best videos ever. There's still positive male role models out there, One that want a wife and kids and to be a reliable good man, really rings home for me because I want kids, I wanna get married, I wanna live a good long life and I feel like it's almost taboo to want those things anymore, but this just shows me I'm not alone. Thanks for this, I really appreciate it stay safe out there my friend.
I get where you're coming from, but I disagree about the "wanna have marriage and kids" part being taboo. I live in a progressive part of the country but I still see and work with couples with kids. I think it's only taboo if you make it taboo.
You wanna take your chances with most women now who file for divorce for anything? Love fades real quick after marriage with most American women and tou then realize you have been deceived and trapped for alimony and childsupport!
@@dappidy3763 i am 23 (tomorrow 24). I think he means that talking about having a family in the future, and have it clear at our age (early 20's) is rare.
23 guy here (almost 24). I get you. And be more sure that you are not alone ALSO in our range of age.
@diidac17 the courts incentivises women to behave badly and destroy men, the family and the kids so the judges and lawyers can make money by destroying men financially. It's all a corrupt government against men in general! It's legal mafia !!
The risk is too high for a guy to get married. Not worth her just saying “ I’m not happy, I want a divorce “ then leave you with half your assets.
I wish my father could have told me such wisdom.
This video is absolutely amazing. You are such a Gentleman, and really admire your bravery to show yourself vulnerable. Really appreciate it.
Incredible episode
We appreciate seeing you vulnerable Antonio.
Doing the right thing even when it's hard to do. “A man does what he must - in spite of personal consequences, in spite of obstacles and dangers and pressures - and that is the basis of all human morality.” Winston S. Churchill
As a father that story really hit hard.
Thank you for a great channel and this video!
Man, this just hit hard! Appreciate the true words being spoken Antonio!
Thank you very much Antonio. As a clinical psychologist I can confirm that men need orientation, we need a sense to live more than ever. You're like a father to many of us, and your words are like a warm medicine for the heart.
¡Thank you!
I’ve followed you for years and have always appreciated your videos but this one blew me away. Thank you for being so candid and this is the type of thought provoking discourse we need to restore our society. Being a man is all about balance and doing what’s right regardless and you hit that in many ways with this one. Thank you for all that you do and keep this format in the rotation!
I've been follow you for about 5 years now. This is your BEST video. Keep going.
33 year old male from NJ, USA.
Thank you so much for this one, Antonio. It's as real as it gets, your raw genuine emotion hits home and gives me a lot to think about, shows we are all human and everyone has their own battles.
This was such a shift in tone and I really appreciate it. I normally never comment on videos I feel moved to. Im a teacher and this has inspired me to talk more about this. I very much like your key points. I respect how difficult it must have been to post this for you. Know that this video will impact more people than what youtube can ever show you. Thank you for this.
I really love this video, you made me cry. I have a 17 month, old son, and the idea of me passing away and having him pass away next to me just broke my heart, and I cried so hard I had to call a friend. I really early love this video, and I'm really glad I got a chance to watch It today. Keep up the good work.
I have a 7 month old. I felt the exact same way
This is one of the best on the channel. Thank you for being so authentic with us and for having the courage to let it show.
Men, we need each other. Iron sharpens iron after all. As a paramedic, I've had to deal with some monumentally hard and stressful times. Shifts where I drove home in tears due to the call I'd had to respond to. It's because I've taken the time to build up a network of family and friends that I was able to put my uniform back on and step back on the truck. Gents, we don't go through this life alone. Listen to Antonio! Look out for each other. Seek help if you need it. I've also had the privilege of being there for others through their struggles. It's well worth it to become the man that others will seek out in times of stress.
One of your most sincere, heartfelt, genuine videos yet. Really moved by this one.
Antonio, I can't express how much I appreciate your content. I've been a follower for years and have learned a great deal from you that I didn't get to learn from the men around me while growing up. Please do not stop; I need more content 100%.
Your channel has been so so instrumental in helping me turn my life around, not just in the way i dress but in the way i live day to day, thank you, lets make the most of 2024 gents, lets get it!💪
Man I knew from your tone at the start of this video that this was gonna be a real one. The story you told about the dad really shook me and you allowing yourself to be vulnerable and so raw really made this probably one of your best videos.
Antonio, this is probably the best video from you that I've seen. I appreciate you being vulnerable with/to us (your audience) one of my biggest fears is dying alone so I really appreciate you sharing that story. I had a stroke when I was 27 and behind it, I became severely depressed through exercise and general self-care and self-love I pulled out of the depression without therapy or medication. I get you when you said that you NEED to workout and exercise to regulate your emotional well-being. Great video!
Antonio, I love your channel. I’m 47 years old and I love your style tips, I try to (within my budget) follow what you say with style. Your fragrance tips…well…you’re trying, lol. In all seriousness, I think this was the most important video you’ve made for young men. This is so spot on and I wish there was someone like this giving advice to us when we were young. Love you, brother. Thank you.
No words brother, thank you so very much!!!!!!!
My God Antonio. That story was just heartbreaking. It's something I myself fear happening if I leave my son alone with my dad. My dad isn't in the best of health and sometimes I fear something might happen to him while watching little Diego. Before I used to feel a failure for having to live back with my parents after 35 y.o. and a bad break-up. Now I feel thankfull that I am in a position to care for my parents in their old age. That you so much for sharing that, it hurt my soul and made me cry; but thank you.
Thanks to the RMRS family and to you Antonio for this video! All the best!
I live in the UK and I heard about that story. It says a lot about society but also the scale of being a parent. Young kids rely on their parents for EVERYTHING. A lot of people don't think about that before having kids.
I appreciate this level of honesty. God bless you Antonio.
Absolutely love this video sir! Thank you for your willingness to be brutally honest and share your heart. You are an inspiration for many, keep up the good work!
Great message
Thank you for being one of the sound voices of reason amid all the clamor and bad advice out there.
Fantastic video! I empathize with the story about the man and child. When we had our girls I chose to be a work from home dad while my wife taught. I worked hard as a freelancer to get enough projects in to cover bills while watching the kids during the day. This led to an average of 4 hours of sleep per night for years, which in part led to high blood pressure (because it wasnt good sleep and energy drinks to help me stay awake) and all the time at the desk and carrying baby gear led to an eventual hospital stay and back surgery. During this period I was so worried about having a heart attack and dying, leaving our infant and toddler on their own in the house with my body that I had my wife text me during her lunch break daily to verify I was still alive. It was a terrifying time that I am happy I have made it through and found better health (and sleep) on the other side. Two weeks is absolutely heartbreaking. Thank you for not editing your emotions out!
This is probably your best video. DEFINITELY MADE ME THINK. Your family is blessed with your leadership.
I have Cancer and this video and it's noble and valuable content has given me additional hope for surviving it. It is hoped that you realize how many lives (likely countless) you have saved by the message in your video. Finally, please allow me to commend you on your noble and gallant intent. May good always follow the foot steps of you and your loved ones.
Tony. Thank you for this video. You model your philosophy and ethos very well. I share a lot of the experiences you’ve had and I believe your courageous outlook on life is a blessing to your family and friends.
So sorry you had a hard childhood. I was fortunate enough to have two great parents and a beautiful childhood. I was so surprised to learn that so few people had enjoyed the type of upbringing that I had.
Great Video, Marine. Thank you. This video needs to be shared far and wide.
The story about the dad and child in England, really seems to physically encapsulate the internal feeling felt, when men say they are alone.
You hands down have one of the best channels for young men on TH-cam! I really respect your willingness to share your experiences openly and honestly. I struggled a lot after my 10 years in the Corps. I felt like life kept knocking me down. I kept getting up though, kept grinding, kept my honor and integrity. Yesterday I just landed a massive life changing promotion at work. Know this brothers, your commitment will pay off over time. This would have never been possible if I wasn’t vulnerable enough to admit I needed help. Keep your eyes on the horizon and don’t chase the quick route feel good route. Semper Fi brother. Much respect and love!
This video hit home. Thank you Antonio
Great video. Thanks, Marine.
Thank you for sharing. I have been torn down so much after where I felt I was trying to encourage others, I was also having to encourage myself.
Thanks for taking the time to do this video. And that's why people watch your videos, in a moment in time with a huge lack of valuable content focused on men out there, you bring healthy food for thoughts.
Heartbreaking story on Mr. Kenneth Battersby and his son Bronson. To have no one to check on you is a sad story in itself.
In my case, I feel like I’m the only one checking on, calling people.. everyone else seems to be so busy with themselves. And if they do gather, somehow I’m left out of that. Finding the balance and wisdom in this chapter of my life.
That sucks and I feel for u. I rather have friends that care about me than friends who I have more in common.
Been following you for years and this is one of my favorite videos you’ve put out. Really appreciate the vulnerability
I just found your channel yesterday so this is only the second video of yours I have viewed. Solid work on this. I subscribed after the first one.
I'll be 65 in a few months and can echo many of the items you listed. I've been teaching college leadership and management courses for 25 years after 22 years of military service and one thing I stress to my students has been the concept of living an honorable life.
I liked your story about going after the philosophy degree. I am doing something similar only with anthropology (three classes left). I am getting it to enrich myself and when paired with my other degrees gives me even more perspective - which is also making me a better teacher.
And thank you for sharing that story of the man and his son. That is incredibly sad and reminded me of how I felt when I read about the actor/singer David Cassidy passing away in 2017 and what his daughter, actress Katie Cassidy, reported as his final words: "So much wasted time." To think that should be anyone's last thoughts had me crying for a good while.
I look forward to watching your many videos past, present, and future. Fortis Mane!
That’s a terrible Tragedy Antonio. As a police officer of almost 20 yrs I feel your pain.
I've been watching you for years and don't think I've ever seen you get so emotional. It broke my heart, both for the story and to see you like that. Thanks for sharing. This was such a genuine video and it was a great reminder and eye opener to me and likely many
Honor, courage, commitment. You nailed all 3. Since serving as a Corpsman and learning these core values I continue to srive to live up to them. Semper Fi brother and keep it up!
Thanks for posting this Antonio
Antonio, I deeply appreciate the realness here. This kind of talk is the way forward for humanity in the modern world.
Thanks for this and thanks for your honesty Antonio.
We need more of this. This right here.
I haven’t seen any of your content in years but this randomly popped up on recommendations. It hit me hard. I spent the evening curled up next to my two year old, determined never to let him down.
This video hit home with a lot great perspectives. Sometimes we need to slow down, refocus and reset ourselves. Thank you Antonio.
One of your final sentances revealing you havent quite fully found your purpose is probably one of the most impactful points ive heard. It makes it feel as if at 35 without a clue what my purpose is, perhaps im not that far behind as i think.
I tend to get caught up in jealousy often when creators talk of finding your purpose as i struggle to know my own. Knowing even someone with the levels of success that youve attained is similarly struggling relieved so much anxiety and stress of not being good enough.
Loved this video Antonio, one of the best! It really touched my mind and heart.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, experience and give us guidance!
Thank you Antonio, I really needed this
being “masculine” is amoral, a man can be a good or bad person and still be masculine. Traditional masculine traits include stoicism willpower paternalism mentoring physical dominance mental fortitude etc. all these forces can be used in any way possible because ethics are not a prerequisite.
What a lovely video. Thank you for your honesty. My father was a bit of a mess, he had a severe drinking problem and struggled all of his life to commit to something. He lived on the edges and when he died he simply disappeared…his legacy was almost nothing. What you say about commitment is so true. It’s the old adage…being there is everything. You may not have all the answers, but you are there and it means everything.
I too read that story about that father and his son. It was on my mind for days as well and as the father of an 8 year old boy it broke my heart. Antonio I've been watching younfor a while and Inmust say this is some of your deepest and best content yet! Stay blessed brother!
Thank you so much for the content! Proud of you!
I really like this low key, fire side type of chat. Much more engaging and enjoyable than perhaps the faster paced talk in most of your videos - that are still good. But this is vastly better IMHO.
Thank you for making this video, although I struggle with reaching out and communicating, this channel reminds me that life is finite, and the time we spend matters, from little thoughts to big actions. Thank you for making these videos, I hope you and anyone else who reads this has a good rest of your day or night.
Extremely valuable video. I really appreciate you opening up. I’m adopting a stoic attitude going forward. I’ve discovered that when you focus on what you can control, everything else is not a bother.
Man two heartbreaking stories. Thanks for sharing. I’m so grateful my parents stayed married and that my Dad was an awesome guy. Probably your best video yet.
incredible, heroic honesty and vulnerability here my good sir. Hats off to you! Thank you for sharing.
If anyone deserves success, it's gotta be this guy.
Been around for as long as I can remember at this point - and his content only ever got better
This is awesome! Great content, This is Real!! Thank you
this felt like having a conversation with my dad. thank you so much for this video!
Thank you ❤
This might be the most important video you make all year. Thank you for speaking about something so important and being real about it.
Thank you Antonio for this video. A lot of the points hit a raw nerve with me and the story about the father and his child did make me tear up, Its absolutely tragic and its something I don't want on my journey. I'm not perfect, were are not perfect but I'm so glad that we are amongst people who are growing and becoming better men. Thank you for this amazing video.
The story of the 2 year old toddler who died
Was in my county in a seaside town called Skegness one of the worst places to live in the uk. Child services and the police ignored multiple calls for a welfare check. They even went to check after a week but the door was locked so they left and came back to break the door down a week later. I couldn’t believe something so awful was able to happen so needlessly
Arguably the best video you’ve uploaded. Thank you for this.
Thank you for posting, it´s much appreciated. Very poignant. These are things we must all keep in mind.
Great content! specially in these times! Best for you and your tribe! 🙂
I really feel like I got something from this video. Maybe not as much as the younger guys, but I was having a really disappointing day, and you said some things I needed to hear. You've never made a video I didn't like, but I honestly think that this one is the best. Thanks for sharing!
