Greetings! Thank you To remove rust from crevices where sandblasting cannot reach, I use a citric acid solution heated to maximum temperature. I dipped the knife in the solution for 20 minutes and then rinsed it with cold water. Once again heated the acid solution and re-immersed the knife in it. Washed again with water. After wiping, I wiped the knife with vegetable oil to stop the acid reaction and at the same time not to damage the dark oxide layer.

I am 68 Earth years, and my Mom was born in 1914. It is a two handed meat cleaver, I am thinking for one final blow to tally a head from a body. good job though.
