7th gear doesn’t mean more speed, 7th gear is for fuel economy. And DSG is unmatched, enjoying vento TDI since 7 years now
DSG gearbox will engage 7 th gear only if the cruise control is on, in sports mode the gears will max out at 6.
Only drive mode you will be able to drive to 7 th gear.
This yellow color doesnt look good on taigun but it looks superb on virtus.

It actually looks good on Taigun as well. But, it looks better on Virtus as ut has blacked out bits more to make the contrast appealing

Stability and handling 🔥vw❤️
Virtus/Slavia are fire cracker of sedans! I have test driven city, its mature, comfortable and VFM but not exciting. Its a tad bit boring. Booked a Slavia AT as I prefered it's external/internal looks better as compared to Virtus. Otherwise everything else is identical!

How's the interior quality compared to City and Virtus?

@@harshavardhan8022 Slavia Interior fit and finish is good. While there are lot of discussions that the quality is dropped as compared to its previous German models however the quality offered in Slavia/virtus is still on par with city/Verna. If you like the floating dashboard design go for Slavia and if you like integrated dashboard design go for virtus. You will be happy with both. Check out the cars personally!

@SARANG do check the slavia 1.5 tsi dsg review by dino’s vault, the car reaches 200 in about 36 seconds which is considerably faster than this virtus

@@blacksparrow1818 so he’s the difference, he had the car In manual mode which only up shifts at the top end . In s mode the car will upshift at an earlier rpm . Check check this and you’ll know why the difference
These data changes with car to car and person driving habits. Both car have the same engine. Tyres makes huge difference. So I don't agree with you.

7th gear is Overdrive gear...only for cruising and for fuel efficiency...especially on highways...!
It will not engage 7th gear in Sports mode at all...only in Drive mode 7th gear will engage if you are cruising...and if you push it to the top speed even in Drive mode...7th gear will not engage...!

its slightly limiting itself because traction control is on, turn off traction and it will spin away to glory. dsg gearbox is just awesome and so is the 1.5L engine.

I have VW polo and drove at 180 kmph with ease. But this VW virtus is a class. May be my next car if new polo doesn’t get launched in 2023.

This is 1.5 DSG but Red interior comes only for Red Color variant.

@@DinosVault Hi Bro, I still feel Honda City is a great overall package in variant by variant comparison. Not everyone can afford nearly 20L or has requirement to go 200kmph. Some ppl (like me) needs to buy a familycar which should be comfrotable for 5 ppl and the interiors should not feel like compromise. Around 15 L top, my options are VW Virtus Highline and Honda City ZX. In this comparison, I think City has clear edge, only falling behind on Engine performance but that is ok for someone like me as I only need to travel inside city for daily needs. Can you pls pls give ur opinion, should I go for VW highline or Honda City ZX?

city lies in same price range as 1.0 tsi varient in which city is overall better car
and handling is also not that great of slavia and virtus
too much bodyroll due to high Ground Clearance and soft suspension

Hmm....so what's the big deal? When a vehicle like XUV 700 with brick like aerodynamics can touch 200kmph, any sedan with a 150bhp engine should be able to crack 200kmph barrier. I'm amazed that you did this so called top speed test which is clearly an illegal act on a public highway. You have a very large following on this platform and your reckless behaviour would no doubt inspire many more to replicate this. No wonder Indian driving conditions are most dangerous in the world. There's the Buddh race track which is a closed course and is designed for such antics. Disappointing!
