(Inspired by those blue skies petunias). Would you be willing to do a vlog on how you do it? Like showing your spraying technique? I saw on a recent vlog that you do it weekly, but it would be helpful to see a demonstration. Found your channel a few weeks ago and am loving it. I’ve recently found ur channel and am loving it. I live in the western side of Texas so hot and DRY as the desert (zone 8a). I’ve enjoyed seeing what plants u grow bc it’s similar to what can be grown in my area. Last year was my first year to garden so I started simply with just 3 cross vines and a few knockout roses. They all grew beautifully!! This year, I’m growing some vegetables for the first time, added some more roses and cross vines, and branched out to planting and growing 3 crepe myrtles, rose of Sharon’s, tropical hibiscus, and dahlias which r sprouting and I’m so so excited to see them grow! I also just bought two bougainvillea vines and am getting ready to plant them on the south side of our house which gets a lot of sun. Ty for helping those of us who r just getting started in our gardening journeys!

Can't wait to see those beautiful pots in their glory! As I've heard other gardeners say, "I wish there was a fast forward button in the garden!" It is SO hard not to take one of each home! 😆 I have been on a heliotrope kick the last couple of years myself. They look gorgeous next to diamond euphorbia or white alyssum too! I've had an issue with the understory leaves turning brown and crispy on them. I'd love to know your experience after this summer! Maybe it's just me! 😄

Beautiful combination in your containers! Zip ties also work great for the end of the drip if you run out of goof plugs (my water pressure has popped the goof plugs off the end of the drip line).

Hi Sheryl! The hose reel is attached to my stucco wall, however first I put a board on the wall and secured that to studs. Then I attached the hose to that board as the anchor. I hope that makes sense! 💗

Question. I planted some supertunias but they are looking leggy. They were like that when I planted them. Would you recommend trimming the legs to encourage more growth in the center?
Hi Joy! Yes that would be great although not necessary. I planted some supertunia vista bubblegum in my mothers garden and they were a bit leggy but I just left them (just being too lazy to bother trimming) and I know they will grow in well! I think it just depends how neat you want them to look while filling it! If you do trim them then fertilize right after and they will bounce back very quickly! 💗🌸

Going to the garden center always bowls over the best laid plans for sure 😂 just so many pretty things!! Do your local Master Gardeners have yearly sales there? I just went to ours and they had so many great native plants at great prices. I bring my wagon and load it up! Your new pots are gorgeous!

Hi Sheryl! The hose reel is attached to my stucco wall, however first I put a board on the wall and secured that to studs. Then I attached the hose to that board as the anchor. I hope that makes sense! 💗

Question. I planted some supertunias but they are looking leggy. They were like that when I planted them. Would you recommend trimming the legs to encourage more growth in the center?
Hi Joy! Yes that would be great although not necessary. I planted some supertunia vista bubblegum in my mothers garden and they were a bit leggy but I just left them (just being too lazy to bother trimming) and I know they will grow in well! I think it just depends how neat you want them to look while filling it! If you do trim them then fertilize right after and they will bounce back very quickly! 💗🌸
