I stopped buying all pancake mix and use The Stay At Home Chef pancake mix recipe.....my family devours it and doesn't want any other recipe from now on. Say it tastes like diner pancakes (a compliment LOL)

3:00 I heard you mentioned that your grandparents are from Sweden, and here in Sweden many people who make their mashed potatoes from scratch will put one eggyolk and a pinch or two of nutmeg in their mashed potatoes. It doesn’t overpower at all it just gives it a bit of umami flavour with the nutmeg❤

Oh - if you want to stretch the mince then add brown lentils. They need to be washed thoroughly and soaked in water a little before adding to minced beef. High protein and children will not notice the difference. Lentils are mega full of protein. I used to do this with my children when we lived on our farm.

You’re awesome. This video was inspiring! I work 9-5 from home. Married w 3 kids (6, 1 and 9 months) I really need to start cooking in batches. I cook every night and will do take out once a week but I’m exhausted. I can barely keep up w my apartment. It kind of saddens me but I have faith that I will get it together one day soon 🙏🏾
Also sour dough bread is the only bread I eat and I want to start making it myself because it’s expensive in stores but I’m nervous. Watching each of your videos I’m building the nerve to try 😬

First of all your doing a good job mama! Give yourself grace you are busy out the house all day and have lots of precious babies that’s alot. Cooking in batches is very helpful for sure.
Please make the sourdough it’s simple once you get it. Don’t be nervous it’s just about practice. Thank you so much for watching happy holidays. 🤎🤎
