firstly i want to say that you are so cute adorable ^^ i love all the change in all parts of the house. i want to build lthe design like yours. it will be good. upstairs is for my family house downstairs is for work place for my husband

have you bought the apartment? And if i may i ask is it very expensive in Korea to build it completely new?
Yes I bought an apartment and renovated. Renovating was quite expensive and maybe building a new house would be more expensive.
Can you recommend an interior store or website for English speakers? Your apartment looks beautiful!!!
Emm usually it’s better to find an interior store near your house. Visit the stores and try to find where they have young staffs. They might speak English.
And also, visit LX ZIn stores or LIVART stores. They are big companies and they might have staffs speaking English.
My kitchen and closets are made by one of the Livart stores.

It’s located near Seoul and that province is called as Gyeong-gi-do.

hello , is it vinyl or laminate floor on the living room and master room ? most apartement and house in korean whether to use vinyl or laminate floor ?
i ask it becuase in indonesian average house and apartement usually use tile or marmer for living room, bedroom and more.
The floor is usually laminate floor and some people use tiles for the floor. For Korean apartments, we heat the floor, so we use the materials that can be heated.
But I’m not sure about the names of the materials in English, so it’s a little bit hard to explain 😅
@@jwkoreatv oh i see , i thought it was vinyl , becuase vinyl and laminate look the same from the outside , but korean people some are using vinyl floor or only laminate ? , btw thanks for information. and i get some infomation about korean building👍🏻👍🏻
@@pakceng ohh then I guess we use the both. But laminate is more often used. They all look like wood.

to be able to do renovations like this, do you have to buy that apartment?
Usually yes. You can do simple things for rent houses, but it’s better to do the whole renovation after buying a house.
how much cost a flat like this in Korea?
It depends on the regions, so it’s hard to tell. It’s quite expensive inside Seoul or near Seoul.
How much did the renovations cost?
It costs quite a lot tho... about 30,000~40,000 USD.
Nice but it is clear that they have money.
We had to save up money for this renovation.
