I'm not from US (in fact, I'm Brazilian) and the use of honorific language was very inusual!! Because we don't have it in Portuguese as well.
Because I'm very familiar with japanese as well, both of those languages have very complicated systems and honorific language 🥲 But they're so beautiful I can't help but try to learn even if I feel like a fool or insecure that I'll not learn it🤣

Great storytime!! 💕 I've traveled a lot for vacations, but I've never lived abroad. I'm always fascinated about the prospect of that, so maybe in the future I will have the opportunity to make a living in a different country. I truly love experiencing different cultures!

한국에서 살아보기 계획이 있어요! 어떤 한국 가수 덕분에 한국어에 관심이 생겼어요. 그래서 한국어를 혼자서 배웠고, 이제 번역가가 되고 싶어요! 제 인생에서 처음으로 꿈이 생기는 거라서 너무 두려워요. 그 꿈을 이룰 수 있는지, 친구나 가족 없이 한국에서 살 수 있는지... 그런 두려움 때문에 포기하고 싶은 순간들이 많아요. 그런데 제 인생이 첫 꿈이라서, 포기할 수 없죠. ㅎㅎ

I actually learned English in Korea. I went to college in the United States, which gave me a lot of exposure to English and chances to practice speaking.
