- Getting a part-time job is our first experience being an adult. For me, that was in Korea. I was able to get part-time jobs in different industries, which helped me learn how to work with people with different backgrounds, experiences, and work ethics. What kind of experiences have you had with your previous or current part-time jobs? What have you learned and what do you want to learn in your future jobs? I can't wait to hear from you! 🤗

Yayy I love that you made the English subtitles optional! I always need the Korean subtitles, since if there are no subs at all it's a bit overwhelming, but if there are English subtitles then I focus on them too much. So being able to activate/deactivate the English depending on when I need it is so useful. Thank you!!
Yay! I’m glad it helped!! ☺️❤️ yeah, now you have control on which subtitles you can be looking at! Hope you liked the podcast too ☺️
저는 도움이 되서 기뻐요!! 감사합니다!!☺️❤️
I feel the same way, I can remove and add the english subtitles as needed!
I really enjoyed this episode, thank you as always! I pause the video after every sentence and try to imitate your speech to practice my pronunciation and intonation :)
That's an excellent way to practice, nice!! Being proactive and doing fun study methods like that are perfect for learning. Check out the browser extension Trancy in the description (free). They have a ton of new methods to help practice studying too. My husband uses it to study Korean and he loves it. When I have time, I would love to make a video showing how to use it. Thank you for enjoying the content! 화이팅! 💜
Thank you for the suggestion, I will definitely use Trancy! Thank you for your effort and I hope you have a great day!! @@storytimeinkorean
I really enjoyed this podcast!! 😊 Your first part-time jobs seemed pretty fun. Meeting so many foreigners at the ski resort must have especially been a great experience! My first part-time job was a hostess at a restaurant, then I worked at an arts & crafts store, and my last part-time job before college was at a gym! I was grateful for the responsibility, even though the work wasn't very interesting 😆ㅋㅋㅋ
Awww!! I’m glad you enjoyed this podcast, thank you so much! 💜😍 I know I’m grateful that I had those part time jobs! ☺️ oh you also have experiences in quite different environments too, which is great! Haha yeah for part timers the work is most likely to be too cumbersome or repetitive which ends up taking away interest from it 😭

Awww thank youuu ☺️💗💗
Hello!
Please, can you tell me how to add these English subtitles? I had an educational TH-cam channel too in which I post podcasts sometimes, so I really want to do the same with subtitles.
Of course! I only know how to do it in Adobe Premiere, so if you use it feel free to send me an email (email is on my channel page in the about section) and I can help you. The way to make it work is kind of tricky. 😅
@@storytimeinkorean Thank you for replying to my comment! I unfortunately don't use it :(
but thank you anyway 😊💜

Oops! Thank you for catching it! 😁👍
I really enjoy studying with your videos! But when downloading the canva pdf, no matter what size of paper I chose, it becomes a bit messy =( Some of the explanations merges with the text making it hard to read, maybe if you divided the text by pages it would fix it! But anyways thank you so much for everything!!! Greetings from Brazil
Always thank you so much for your support! 😊❤️ and thank you so much for letting me know that, I’ll definitely check that and see how I can fix it as soon as possible! Thank youuu! 💖
정말 감사합니다!! 💖💖
I'm so sorry for the late follow-up!! I was having trouble fixing the Canva design because of how I made it (from now on they'll be downloadable through Canva). If you're still interested, you can go to my Ko-fi page for free (on my channel page) to download them. Sorry again and thank you for letting me know! ❤️
@@storytimeinkorean thank you! I went there and got them, it's gonna help a lot with my intention to keep on learning with your videos! xx
