They changed the status of my order to shipped back in January with a DHL tracking number that...surprise...never moved beyond "shipping info received". They then issued a new tracking number for this order a week ago and same thing. I ordered a second controller a few weeks ago, paid for the expidited 5-7 business day timeframe and still no progress. It's very frustrating considering how much these units cost. For the Xbox ban portion, do the Brook Converters still work? I wann used a Qanba Obsidian(Ps4/PC) on xbox Series S, but i dont want to spend money on the Brook XB2 if it doesnt work especially online.
One controller rumor I heard is that Hall effect thumbstick modules do not work with metal sticks. Could you stick some elite series 1 sticks to Gamesir G7 SE and see what happens?
I immediately noticed terrible lag using gyro with bluetooth on my new PC with a Dualsense. Considering how hard it is to do the handshake, I'm sticking with usb overclock.
Hey Kevin! Great video as always :) I do have to say that i have not had the same luck with the Xbox controller ban not taking effect. My Wingman XB2 is now a (very poor cause its so light) paperweight. It seems Brooke is not going to be able to solve this one with firmware either so i guess its money down the drain.
A myth I heard from king "Scumpii" himself, Xbox controllers have lower drift. 5 Xbox Series X controllers have died on me due to drift, each no mor than 3~4 months, I'd say "Xbox has lower drift" is a myth. PS: The engineer inside me wanted to believe it cuz Xbox uses higher voltages for stick modules but that doesn't make any difference in terms of controller killing drift, it'll probably make a difference while using high sense, sticks will be less noisy // jittery but the drift will still kill ya
I’ve waited 2+ months for a hypr controller with zero updates, had to email them twice (because they literally didn’t respond to the first one) asking for a refund and they said i’ll have to wait 2 weeks for it since they’re having refund issues, company is a joke lmao. It’s been almost 2 weeks atp, don’t waste your money on them
Alright so from what I'm understanding is that I should give it some more time before I invest all in on hall effect thumbstick controllers, or at the very least try one for myself, and see if it works out for me. I'll have to do some research on the topic as well, because I don't know enough about it. I'm definitely looking forward to elite series 3. Hopefully the shape of the it doesn't drastically change too much, I quite like the series 2s shape. I'm excited to see what happens.
I was wondering if you could do a review on the mobapad chitu controller for the nintendo Switch. I ordered it and I'm wondering if the inputs and gyro are good on the switch.

Now that it's almost a month since Australia had the Stealth Ultra released, I can say as someone who got it at launch the only issue I had is battery life being lackluster. But the advertising did say "up to" so I did expect it to be lower. Besides, I always have a USB-C cable on the ready anyway. Literally no other issues (if you can even call a low-life battery an issue), even with constant usage as my first ever pro controller.

Hello stallion, I would like you to explain to me how it is possible that my old logitech chillstream with fan and f 710 do not have stick drift even after more than 10+ years?! What logitech used technology at that time? I know that they are not precise and the peak of ergonomics, but they really have no drift even they are heavily used.

@@GamerHeavenOfficial Your recommendations are gold! I got my Microsoft Elite 2 controller on your review, still great after almost 3 years. Hope you and yours are doing great in the Sunshine State!
What would you recommend to someone that has went through 3 PS5 Dualsense Controllers (no, I don't throw, drop or eat with them), 2 with severe stick drift and 1 with headphone and USB charge port issues (headphone has muted and underwater sound)? I am looking for something that will last the longest all around and not expensive in the long run. But I am new to all of this, I've read and watched a ton of videos but it's confusing.
Main thing that makes me prefer the DualSense over the Series controller is that the DualSense sticks feel smoother, not only do they have anti-friction rings but the sticks themselves feel smoother during movement, whereas on the Series controller you can feel the stick mechanism working underneath. However on the DualSense controller you don't feel that at all, just free-flowing stick movement. Also, the DualSense sticks have higher spring tension by default and it makes the sticks feel better (to me). However this is not to say I don't like the Series controller, I do like it, I'm just listing the reasons why I prefer using the DualSense.
The one thing I hear the most is “Such and such is a pro at this game and he uses the XYZ controller, so clearly the Acme controller is not as good or he would be using that” While that is obviously not true purely based on one persons performance, I know of many cases where the “pro” shows off the sponsor’s branded controller on steam but uses a different controller when actually playing
He’s still the main guy. He got promoted to ceo of Microsoft gaming and the Xbox division is now a sub division of it. Sarah Bond is specifically in charge of the Xbox brand. It’s kinda confusing.
Ever since I started mapping my thumbstick presses to back paddles, no drift at all. And before that, it’s would take close to 4-5 years of heavy usage. Have only gotten it on 3 controllers in my life and I’m in my 30’s. Been playing games since Quake..so lol I have lots if experience on all platforms
just bump up deadzone a little. And bind L3 R3 to back buttons. This will save module from center wiggle. I have same k-silver hall stick module on vader3pro and l never pressed L3R3, 8 month so far, 0 wear out, no drift at 5% deadzone.
@@chpokerTV hey. Yeah ive been trying the R3 on the back button, but im not comfy about it, for now at least😅 But yeah, in the long run i just should get use to it first as last. But i have to say for the pricepoint, or in general, very good controller.
i recently built this pc the only things i used that were not new was the gpu and m.2, but every game i play like fortnite their is a deadzone making it unplayable this is a complete fresh install of windows my in game deadzone is the lowest it can go i’ve tried many controllers do you what is causing this does it have to do with the gpu that i used from my old computer (it’s a 1650 super)
I like hearing that our captain keep praising Gamesir and the G7 SE. It really is one of the best controller out there. I really hope they make a Wireless or Elite Variant of it.
Fav myth is that somehow clicking down L3 or R3 is going to speed up stick drift and therefore using rear paddles for those is better. Like what are you doing to the sticks to cause that lol
maybe not, but spamming l3 and r3 constantly esp. in single player games where those buttons are used for frequent actions like running, scanning, targeting, etc. is highly annoying and much better served by back buttons, Horizon is borderline unplayable without back button IMo with the amount of focus scan you have to do in this game
Yeah that is a controversial one, and one I have 0 proof either way after 5 years of testing and reviewing controllers. I think depending on how often you are clicking them and how hard in combination with how old the controller is, it may speed up you getting drift but negligible in the grand scheme. That's my opinion on this fine Thursday.
Hey buddy, totally unrelated to this video; haven't started to watch it yet but I will after this, I clicked on here to ask you a quick question. You're my go to for everything about controllers, regular Gamepad Ghandi, if I do say so myself lol. For real though I've watched probably all your videos, very informative and fun so thanks for everything you do. I only have wireless controllers: one elite 2, one elite 2 core, and two regular series x controllers.. however, I want to try a wired controller and was just wondering what you would recommend out of these 3 (which is the fastest and all around best and if it were you which would you buy 1st) Razer wolverine V2 Chroma, Victrix Gambit, or Thrustmaster Eswap x? And again, thank you. Oh and I don't know if it makes a difference but I play a lot of fps like destiny 2.
Elite 2 core, was just repurposed returned rma's. Yes...there was that many. Yes, it was that bad. Yes i know alot of people didnt experience it, but many many did. Enough that they frankensteined together something out of all that ewaste. And the result? About as you would expect. They lost less from the move though I would expect. But me personally having 2 doa, and 1 dying from spending a few months in the case and having bumper double press issues...after not being used for some months? I wont buy first party again unless they do some radical changes. Gamesir, is showing them up. Once again, the controller captain is setting the record straight. What would we do without someone like you to educate us?! Thank you profusely for your hard work.
I will say the one thing i was hoping you mentioned were brook's adapters... Now i have the xb2 and it did work on my xbox series s but the ban notification popped up and now it doesnt work after working for 2 weeks. On the other hand on my brothers series x it works almost perfectly fine but the ban notification pops up still but doesnt ban it. Im going to try my other brothers xbox one to see if it does either or but im hoping other people will see if there brook adpaters work on xbox cause to me and from what ive seen so far on reddit. Its been hit or miss. Oh and most 3rd party controllers do work on xbox i havent had a problem with my controllers at all just the brook adapters
My stock Ps5 controller is too small, im 6'4". I should get rubber pads to help with the slipping. Controllers should come in child size too... The earlier you can catch them the bigger your market share is now and later.
Once I had a conversation about why I prefer X controller over Y and I've been told that my preference is wrong 🤣 MY, PREFERENCE, IS, WRONG, You can't make this shi*t up with some people.
For me, xbox controllers are larger, and the offset thunbsticks, for my larger hands are the most confortable. Thats why i got the nacon revolution 5 pro for my ps4/5
About Xbox ergonomics, no one has made one where the thumb sticks are both on top. When you hold one the right thumb naturally sits where the buttons are. If a company could make a controller where I can swap spots on the right side it might be perfect....
"Controller x is more comfortable than controller y" is not a myth, but personal preference. I loved the PS2 controllers before I tried the Xbox 360 controllers and seem to like the Xbox controllers more since back then. But I think it's perfectly fine to have the opposite opinion...
I think a good myth is that a pro controller will make you better at a game. I’ve been using an aim controller and an elite series 2 for 3 years. But my buddy still plays claw and he kicks my ass in COD everyday 😂
Here's my myth: Controller Chaos is actually a money laundering scheme and no one actually buys their controllers, at least not enough to sustain their business. I have no evidence for this besides the fact that their controllers are so terrible and expensive that I've seen like 2 gamers out of thousands that actually bought one, and they both immediately regretted it.
Diehard ps fanboy , got gifted a cheap xbox controller to play on pc and dam , xbox controller for the win , the ps5 controller feels like 🤮 i game on a elite series two and i love it . Its always gonna be a preference thing in the end . GG's Stalions and Stallionettes
Holy crap, you know you’re getting old when going over buddies house to play some Mario party sounds like a badass idea! lol. Being 42, I love getting online and playing with some of my friends who are in different states. Would be better to go each others house and do some couch co op 🥲. Those were the good ol days. Nothing is "Proof" Waterproof, Tamperproof, Pick-Proof, Shatter-Proof. Levels of resistance. Tell us these controllers are dragon-proof, and ninja-proof. Those things don't exist, so it would be safe to say. I nitpick, but we, as consumers, need truth in advertising.
All I know is the next elite controller needs a third shoulder button. I picked up that razor pro 2 wolverine thing for PlayStation 5 because I needed a Xbox stock controller for PlayStation because PlayStation controller hurts my hand too much whatever reason. Any fuckinwho, The controller is not bad $50 overpriced but hey there's not much options. Anyways that third shoulder button is the best goddamn thing and gaming and is better than paddles. Is literally the only reason I'm keeping that controller because when I picked up the other third party controller has messed around with I went nope I don't care I need that third shoulder button! It is my favorite thing and I really like the controller purely because of that.
Regarding the Rainbow 2 Pro, I recently returned mine due to a blatant security hole. It lets you remap buttons to macros including keyboard inputs, but the mobile app connects without any verification, so anyone with a phone can hack your PC, by programming Win+R and then a command to download a payload from somewhere. Bypassing UAC? No problem with a keyboard, either. Unbelievable.
Myth entryy that the next XBOX handheld will be one backed with ASUS hardware and help! seeing how there ALLY did … maybe even ALLY 2 will be revealed as XBOX handheld
The controller comfort is the only part I would actually debate. I feel like the Xbox controller is definitely ergonomically fit in one's hand better and is a bit more comfortable. But the PlayStation 4 controller I had zero issues with PlayStation 3 hated. Just got a PS5 I like their controller I still don't like the analog sticks side by side I prefer Xbox design but the place that controller feels perfectly fine my only issue is I don't know if this is design or is rumble packs but I get severe pain in my hand left hand specifically after a hour or two. It's getting less and less but I've been using a third party controller that razor one That third shoulder button is amazing. But hey that could just be a specific issue towards me. But PlayStation controllers are definitely getting better still think Xbox fits more natural in your hand though. But my brother really enjoys the PlayStation controller He's like yeah the Xbox controller's awesome but this is perfectly fine I don't need a third party like you do. Lol
bro i got 3 pro controllers now coz you lol wanna no tho best bit iv never pressed the back buttons i cant get used to pressing them after 20 years of not having them lol got my new scuf today aswell
Yeah thinking on the envision pro next just the software seems to be a deal breaker but yeah I got scuf reflex pro fps ps5 edge (custom) and a custom small company ps5 controller there’s something about pads I like now 😂 I got madcats arcade edition fight stick aswell
Personal favorite myth is that claw grip is easier to learn to play with than having rear buttons or paddles.
Oh damn I had never heard that one , but yeah that’s a good one

They said they'd apply it post-processing I said great...hasn't happened yet.
This is my first time ordering a custom high-end controller, and so far I am NOT impressed with the way Hypr is handling my orders.
I’m gonna gather some information from the company themselves as well as some unsatisfied customers and perhaps make a video on the topic
For the Xbox ban portion, do the Brook Converters still work? I wann used a Qanba Obsidian(Ps4/PC) on xbox Series S, but i dont want to spend money on the Brook XB2 if it doesnt work especially online.
Yes they do
I've been using the Vader 3 pro, returned the envision pro but I've been wanting to try it again
One controller rumor I heard is that Hall effect thumbstick modules do not work with metal sticks. Could you stick some elite series 1 sticks to Gamesir G7 SE and see what happens?
I got you
I immediately noticed terrible lag using gyro with bluetooth on my new PC with a Dualsense.
It’s been almost 2 weeks atp, don’t waste your money on them
Yeah that’s the shit I’ve been hearing
Alright so from what I'm understanding is that I should give it some more time before I invest all in on hall effect thumbstick controllers, or at the very least try one for myself, and see if it works out for me. I'll have to do some research on the topic as well, because I don't know enough about it.
I'm definitely looking forward to elite series 3. Hopefully the shape of the it doesn't drastically change too much, I quite like the series 2s shape. I'm excited to see what happens.
You nailed it
The Controller King has spoken ! Def worth watching begining to end 👍
That’s a sweet testimonial, and as the person who shot and edited it start to finish, I appreciate it.
I was wondering if you could do a review on the mobapad chitu controller for the nintendo Switch. I ordered it and I'm wondering if the inputs and gyro are good on the switch.
It’s in the closet waiting for me, yes sir I will
Hi looking for some suggestions/ advice, I want to buy a controller for my PS3, not happy with the retro fighters controller, dual sense 5?
I actually wasn't into pro controllers when I owned my PS3, just used the ol' stocker. So I am not the best guy to give you recommendations
I’m using the Retro fighters Defender BT on my PS3 mainly playing Destiny and I’m finding it to be doing the job. I’ve got a QRD Spark N5 on the way, that I’ll be trying out on the PS3 too.
@@GamerHeavenOfficialthanks for the reply, no worries, me too I've just lost it and 2nd hand controllers probably wouldn't last long
@@waynetemplar2183that's what I have now, I'm glad they made it, but it's a bit light and I don't like the triggers, looking at more GT5, GT6 usage
@@conza1989 Weight wise it goes like this; Spark N5 = 217g , Retro fighters Defender = 188g , OEM Sony = 182g. The triggers on the Spark N5 are much more like an XBox One controller
the myth of ps2-ps3 thumbsticks being made of dogs noses had me dying in the past
Not the dogs 🐕
I'm very interested in hearing about new joystick tech in flydigi's apex 4, they apparently are doing something of their own in terms of construction of the spring to get variable tension thing going.
Oh nice
Myth - Heavy controllers are more durable and harder to break, light controllers are cheap junk
Ohhh damn that is a good one brother! Might be in the running for winner
My go to creator for all things gaming. Talked me right into buying the asto c40. As i am an offset stick ps4 player. Also own the power a fusion switch controller that i al throughly enjoy. Keep the the great work
God I love me some C40. Glad you like the videos Andrew.
Thanks for sharing brother
Finally! Took you so long to make this.
lol true
Where’s the AIM video bro lol, I’m sitting on the edge of seat because I just bought one yesterday. Now I’m having buyers remorse 😂
They wont let me spill the beans on this new feature yet, but it's an important one.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial you think they’ll let me send my controller back to upgrade just the part if it’s worth it?
@@GamerHeavenOfficial I would like to pay for your advice with the pay-button here on YT where its possible. Should I keep my brand new fully modded Aim with analogue sticks or send it in to get HE installed costfree after speaking with support (they misinformed me)? Your video made a no brainer a totally 50/50 decision and I actually tilt towards my analog ones since I love it as it is.
will u make a vid asap if that "ban" does happen on xbox? XD
I will make a short form video and written post with picture when that happens.
gulikit king kong 2 pro simple DONT WORK with bluetooth 5.3 but works fine on BT 5.0, why this?
I wish I had an answer for you
doesn’t 2000-8000hz in lord of mice only genuinely apply to the Ps5 (dualsense) controller? all native xinput and the dualshock4 will not benefit at all even if lordofmice lets you select it
True
i love your video style, god damn
Does the term "drift resistant" appease you sir?
I actually like that alot, another patron here mentioned such a name. I think you and her are on to something creamy here
@GamerHeavenOfficial who knows maybe I'm an undercover woman trying to imprint this phrase onto you. Drift resistant! Drift Resistant! Drift Resistant! Do you feel yourself drawn to the phrase?
switch pro controller may not be much special, but I find it FAR more comfortable for long gaming than any other controller. the flat face buttons and straighter grip angle feel awesome to me.
It is a very comfortable shape and size
Goddamn that's some vicious vlogging right here
lol
Hello stallion, I would like you to explain to me how it is possible that my old logitech chillstream with fan and f 710 do not have stick drift even after more than 10+ years?! What logitech used technology at that time? I know that they are not precise and the peak of ergonomics, but they really have no drift even they are heavily used.
Kevin, could you please recommend a good gaming chair for me, a casual gamer? Nothing really expensive, but better than my old office chair. Thanks, take care.
I like the andaseat i reviewed on the channel. It’s been my daily driver since I got it. That’s linked in the description of every video. The dxracer air is also a nice mesh option, hope that helps
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Your recommendations are gold! I got my Microsoft Elite 2 controller on your review, still great after almost 3 years. Hope you and yours are doing great in the Sunshine State!
Ordered my hypr controller on November 28th still not shipped yet 👍
Jesus
I won't lie, the Nintendo Pro controller is by far my favorite controller I've used.
I though you were going in a whole different direction with the drag racing line
Lol, did the ol' swerve on you
What would you recommend to someone that has went through 3 PS5 Dualsense Controllers (no, I don't throw, drop or eat with them), 2 with severe stick drift and 1 with headphone and USB charge port issues (headphone has muted and underwater sound)?
That’s super fair. Love me some PlayStation controllers
The one thing I hear the most is “Such and such is a pro at this game and he uses the XYZ controller, so clearly the Acme controller is not as good or he would be using that”
While that is obviously not true purely based on one persons performance, I know of many cases where the “pro” shows off the sponsor’s branded controller on steam but uses a different controller when actually playing
Oh damn that’s a great one. In the running for being in the next video
He! GamerHeaven i know you cant say what Aim controllers new feature is yet by reading the comments but is it also for xbox or not? :)
Yes it will be for all platforms
Wait phil spencer isnt the main guy anymore?? Wtf
Sarah bond seems pretty cool though, from the little I’ve seen and heard of her
He’s still the main guy. He got promoted to ceo of Microsoft gaming and the Xbox division is now a sub division of it. Sarah Bond is specifically in charge of the Xbox brand. It’s kinda confusing.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial I honestly think she's way more competent than Phil already
hypr sent me a bad hall effect sticks im sending it back to get it switched out and put the regular sticks in it sad times at hypr :(
Sorry to hear that
Ever since I started mapping my thumbstick presses to back paddles, no drift at all. And before that, it’s would take close to 4-5 years of heavy usage. Have only gotten it on 3 controllers in my life and I’m in my 30’s. Been playing games since Quake..so lol I have lots if experience on all platforms
Thats good to know my friend, thank you.
I actually have slight stickdrift on my G7se only after about 2 months of use😢
just bump up deadzone a little.
Curious, for the gulikit kk3, if using that for xbox with an adapter, is the input lag the same or worse than the stock controller?
I like hearing that our captain keep praising Gamesir and the G7 SE. It really is one of the best controller out there. I really hope they make a Wireless or Elite Variant of it.
I hope for both of those, or technically one controller. An elite that happens to be wireless/wired
Myth: Analog stick covers won't be as good as replacing the sticks themselves.
Dude that jersey is EPIC!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Uptown Vapor. How’ve you been dude ?
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Doing Great!! Just got a Vader 3 Pro and it’s fantastic. Just needs convex thumbstick replacements!
Fantastic video dude your always spitting facts, can't wait for the fanboy video 😂
Always appreciate your comments Mark

What's the best Wireless Controller for PC with hall sensors that you recommend? Asking for a gift recommendation.
Check flydigi vader 3 pro
Fav myth is that somehow clicking down L3 or R3 is going to speed up stick drift and therefore using rear paddles for those is better. Like what are you doing to the sticks to cause that lol
maybe not, but spamming l3 and r3 constantly esp. in single player games where those buttons are used for frequent actions like running, scanning, targeting, etc. is highly annoying and much better served by back buttons, Horizon is borderline unplayable without back button IMo with the amount of focus scan you have to do in this game
@@Medsas interesting, never found them to be an issue tbh
Yeah that is a controversial one, and one I have 0 proof either way after 5 years of testing and reviewing controllers. I think depending on how often you are clicking them and how hard in combination with how old the controller is, it may speed up you getting drift but negligible in the grand scheme. That's my opinion on this fine Thursday.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial defs agree, cus I'm not the kind to go Mike Tyson on the thumbsticks but I know some are
Hey buddy, totally unrelated to this video; haven't started to watch it yet but I will after this, I clicked on here to ask you a quick question.
Hey Alex. Glad you like the channel. I would pop for the the gambit
Thanks man
Elite 2 core, was just repurposed returned rma's.
Holy shit I hadn’t heard that but I may do a video on that topic
Is it possible to oc the bluetooth chip on the kk3?
Not that I know of
@@GamerHeavenOfficialactually nevermind i ended up following your guide and oc-ing the Bluetooth chip to 1000 polling rate
But now i dont know how to turn back on my core integrity on my pc
What I just used mine .
Did your HexGaming Xbox controller work
Yes Sir
My stock Ps5 controller is too small, im 6'4". I should get rubber pads to help with the slipping.
Controllers should come in child size too... The earlier you can catch them the bigger your market share is now and later.
Once I had a conversation about why I prefer X controller over Y and I've been told that my preference is wrong 🤣 MY, PREFERENCE, IS, WRONG, You can't make this shi*t up with some people.
Lol, yes your own personal opinion and preference is wrong. People are crazy dude I don't know what else to say.
Look up the Wii U pro controller.
I want to do a video on that controller for one specific reason. Thumbstick layout.
Right. But where can you use that nowadays? @@badmoose01
Gamer Heaven❤🤙
"Controller x is more comfortable than controller y" is not a myth, but personal preference. I loved the PS2 controllers before I tried the Xbox 360 controllers and seem to like the Xbox controllers more since back then. But I think it's perfectly fine to have the opposite opinion...
My favourite still is elite series 2 hopefully Microsoft make the ne generation more durable and better quality
Myth: Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is the best controller for Switch.
Next please do keyboard and mouse versus controller
I got you
I think a good myth is that a pro controller will make you better at a game. I’ve been using an aim controller and an elite series 2 for 3 years. But my buddy still plays claw and he kicks my ass in COD everyday 😂
That’s a good one for sure and will probably be featured in the next video
I mean, I'll come over and play Mario party.
😂 damn savage
I wish they made XL or L versions of the standard controllers for those of us who have shovels for hands....🙏

Holy crap, you know you’re getting old when going over buddies house to play some Mario party sounds like a badass idea! lol. "Using multiple xbox controllers on PC with the dongle(co-op) will slow both down" Heard this so much and I'm pretty sure its crap
Indeed
Myth that claw is better than back buttons or vice versa
Good one
Not a myth, more of an annoyance. Ps5 users tell me I'm poor because i prefer AIM or scuf.
😂
Favourite myth - Certain games are better on PlayStation than Xbox or vice versa and have an advantage in online gameplay when playing cross platform
Thanks for the info

Damn brother sounds like he got yourself quite a collection now
Yeah thinking on the envision pro next just the software seems to be a deal breaker but yeah I got scuf reflex pro fps ps5 edge (custom) and a custom small company ps5 controller there’s something about pads I like now 😂 I got madcats arcade edition fight stick aswell
biggest myth is that you need better gear to be good 😂 more often than not its a skill issue 😂
