I have a strong criticism to make, which should be addressed as soon as possible. This video was, in and of itself, a work of art. I sat back after a stressful day and felt and saw beauty in the creative process (of both the excellent editing and of your art). I felt...well. The criticism? It should have been longer...perhaps half an hour?! It was good, and I wanted more! Thank you so much.
Im a film student at Penn State. I have watched this video probably a 100 times. It is perfection on every front. Professional in every way. When I want to make a video I think about how I can make it similar to this one, even though the topics and themes are entirely different with a story and dialogue and characters etc. This video is incredible. Amazing work.
This was a great video! Giving me asmr vibes 😍 and then all of a sudden it hit me...... it's not about creating an image, it's about how the colors textures, and elements interact with each other that creates the overall art.

Why is everyone so salty. Realism isn’t the only kind of art and I think this is beautiful. Maybe it’s not the Mona Lisa but it’s still art.
Then so is her floor
What little we saw was a window of her soul. Abstract Expressionism is a portrayal of what you feel, of how you are affected by something. It may not be interpreted in the same way by another. Oh, and as for the Mona Lisa? I'd take this art before that of a woman whose eyes follow you wherever you go. Creepy!

Honestly, I cry when I see artist flourish in process or a finished work it just completed the beauty like watching sky fool of birds flowing with wind directions... priceless process.
These are beautiful to watch videos that simply lie. ANYTHING filmed in continuous motion with new-age music looks spectacular. I did ten or more in the old country, by commission or for friends, and even the most pedestrian, amateurish work was transfigured...
...This being said, I like Heather's work, quite a bit...

I'm curious to know what your process is. Is everything random, flowing or is there a method like the golden ratio?
Me too. Exactly what I wondered. I know the process is key but what is the concept for each work. Where does it start. How the colours are chosen.

So much water (?) diluting the paint. I’d be afraid it would eventually flake off the canvas. Very nice paintings though, and beautifully edited video!

Wow! Her work is inspiringly beautiful and well crafted. This was a pleasure to watch. Such attention to detail in the editing, sound, and light continuity. This video really makes me want to go larger with my paintings and perhaps less realistic as well. Her color composition is so uplifting. What a Brilliant artist!

I HONESTLEY CAN'T BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD PAY MONEY FOR THIS? SHE LITERALLY SLOPS PAINT ON A CANVAS LIKE A KINDERGARDENER . THIS ARTIST AND SO CALLED GALLERY ARE A BUNCH OF GRIFTERS.
I understand how annoying it is when art that takes literally zero skill gets sold but I think people who choose to buy this know how much they're paying lol. besides, just because it doesn't show a comprehensible image doesn't mean it's not art. She clearly knows color theory since her works showcase colors executed harmoniously. I think you're just close-minded :)

@@davidpharo Well since you bring it up that is a great question. Why am I not able to appreciate this kind of work? I Appreciate you trying to diagnose if I am a bot or not as I see you are a basement psychologist with nothing better to do. The minimalist approach here negative and positive space with subtle abstraction is mediocre. Unfortunately this is art that seems lazy and incomplete and it seems as if she were to change to another medium or style she would disrupt and malfunction like a robot. With art like this there is a deeper madness that comes along. It seems as if she messed up so many times she just found that one squiggle one blob is the easiest to make (which it is) and that would do the trick. Which it has. For some reason she has been funded to put pieces out like that it almost seems as if she is being held by the hand and spoon fed into this industry which I completely baffled by. So if you have a reason for me to appreciate this, since obviously you do I will gladly like to hear it.

She is definitely no Berthe Morisot. I find these kind of paintings extremely lazy and the artists are completely full of themselves.
