She is so beautiful and regal and up till now, she is such an amazing lady. The Queen of England is like the queen of the universe. Always stuns the crowd wherever she is.
PS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS. My husband Rick & I were there (but not IN the theater, LOL). We didn''t get pictures and this is just wonderful to see them. We watched as they all left the theater and the next day several of the cast (including George Kennedy and a lady I think was Sally Kellerman) were on our flight home. But the queen was definitely the star of the show that night, 17 March 1973 ; UK, 26 March 1973, (London) (Royal Film Performance) (according to IMDb) She will be so missed by not only her country and the world. What an amazing and graceful woman.
Wow !! Queen Elizabeth II was absolutely dazzling that evening !! Her dress is...stunning, amazing, sparkling !! One of Norman Hartnell' s creations, I guess !
We were actually in London when this happened. We were just wondering around the streets and saw a large group of people waiting across from the theater. We asked them what was going on and they told us they were waiting for the Queen to come out of the theater. We waited and sure enough saw the Queen, and a great many of the royal family. The things I always remembered most were seeing The Queen (duh) with a crown on, and that the car had a little gold crown on the car. All these years I thought I might have imagined it so when I saw it here at the beginning of this video, it was a thrill!
Sally Kellerman later revealed in one of her Biographies that she hated the pomposity of this occasion and just wanted to Let rip a fart in front of Queen elizabeth 😆...she also called George Kennedy an idiotic prick ..... !!!
A rainha queria Diana como nora e fez de tudo por ela.deu conselhos ao charles mais n teve jeito charles humilhou Lady Di .mais o povo n esquece e pro povo camila nunca sera rainha.
RichardTheThird I was just referring to the style and title of a monarch, prince/wife of a prince, etc. Obviously Diana was not an HRH after her divorce but she was at one time and that is what I was trying to illustrate..the difference between the designations HM and HRH.

As gorgeous as Her dress is, Her Majesty’s, smile and twinkle in Her eye, eclipse it! God, Save the Queen.

Bellisima Isabel I de Reino Unido
It should be *Queen Elizabeth II, not Queen Elizabeth I*
Morecambe and Wise!
In all this euphoria I had eyes only for handsome PETER FINCH.
She is very young
Actually, she is around 47.

Que anticuadas las monarquías...todos rindiéndole pleitesía
Monarquia Constitucional no es anticuada!!

It always amuses a little when commentators go apoplectic about HRH’s appearance. As if she’d arrive dressed like a sack of spanners!
I agree and Just FYI it is HM not HRH. 😁 HRH would be Princess Diana, Prince Charles, etc. The Monarch is always his or her majesty.
Eric S Fascinating titbit.

Also colour blind! A ruby necklace?? Since when were rubies green?
@@CS88754 stop bringing Diana into everything!! Enough with her already
Hilarious that all of this pompous nonsense is for a film that is one of the worst ever made. I can't imagine that Liz was amused.
Whadda mean??! John Gielgud never looked better in alpacca!!
Bjnger knch
The film is awful
And poor Queenie had to sit through it. 😦
