I like Tomoko State Park. Northeast Florida has lots of great parks and waterways.

You most likely have a video stabilization feature on your camera or phone. You should find it and turn it on cause it will make it easier to watch, and eliminate the shaking that is throughout your video. Just trying to help

Thank you. I appreciate your feedback! You are absolutely correct! I will see about getting a stabilizer or stop walking while filming outside. Thank you again, that is very kind of you.

One word “affordability” Florida was always seen as affordable not anymore. The masses are on a budget no matter what they may say

You're absolutely right, affordability has been a significant draw for Florida, but it's becoming more challenging to maintain that perception with the current housing market trends. As more people move here, prices inevitably rise, affecting those on a budget. It's crucial for local governments and communities to address these changes and work towards solutions that keep housing affordable for everyone. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

Hi Al! 🙂I'm with you Phoenix and Houston do have their unique challenges with heat and humidity. That's another reason why I find Florida to be such a great option! 🌴☀

It's funny, they are moving from packed cities and are now packing our cities. They were looking for affordable housing and because they are moving in, the housing is no longer affordable. I live in Ocala and the last 2 years, I have seen the difference. Craziness on the road. We are supposed to be the Horse Capital of the world, now those ranches are turning in Condos and the houses are being built so close. We are losing our family, small town feel.

Absolutely, I understand where you're coming from. The rapid influx of new residents seeking affordable housing has undeniably impacted many communities, including Ocala. While growth brings economic benefits, it also challenges the local infrastructure and the cherished small-town atmosphere. Balancing development with preserving the unique character of our cities is crucial. Your perspective highlights the need for mindful urban planning to ensure we can accommodate new residents without losing the essence of what makes places like Ocala special. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
