    I had this video on my list to watch and oh my god glad I watched it! cant believe Nettle tea has such powerful benefits! And I am from Europe. I am buying some today to try. Even insomnia? I suffered from insomnia and I never heard about this tea, only chamomile. Sincerely thank you for opening my eyes on this! ♥

      Thank you so much for watching! Nettle tea is really such an amazing and beneficial elixir and for so many reasons! It really helps with insomnia (I also love chamomile)…but the magnesium in nettle makes it extra helpful! So glad you liked this video and I hope you enjoy the tea! ☺️🍵

    I never know that nettle is edible.
    Today one of my Japanese friend gave me a bag full of nettle and told me that is tasty vegetable.
    Also hee said only eat the stem and trow the leaf because he doesn't know if the leaf is good or not.
    So I am curious about it and lucky I found your chanel. I almost throw away the leaf🤦‍♀️
    Thank u for sharing this video.
    And I have a question
    Is it ok to consume it during pregnancy?
    Hopefully you see my comment.
    Thank u

      Hello! I am so glad you found my channel, and thank you for watching my video! It is really surprising and amazing how beneficial nettle is, and the nettle leaf tea is really fantastic for so many parts of your body. I am glad you did not throw away the leaves! 😄 For pregnant women, I would recommend to always first ask your doctor to be perfectly safe, since all of our bodies are so different, but I did find a very informative article that talks about the best herbs to take during pregnancy, and it mentions nettle… so I am putting the link here for you! ☺️🌿 www.wombrevolution.com/blog/herbal-friends-for-the-mama-to-be

    How to make nettle tea? And which time is good for drinking tea?

    • @moraymamakay
      @moraymamakay  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I usually drink mine in the evening before I go to bed, because I find it quite relaxing, and you would just make it like you would any other tea. There are links in my description of the brands that I like, which are typically bagged teas, so I just put one bag in boiling water and let it steep for at least 30 minutes so that it becomes like an elixir. 😊

    How many times is it advised that one can boil the nettle leaves before discarding after making my tea? Ie; How many times can the leaves be reused for tea?

      I personally use teabags and not the single or looseleaf tea. So with a teabag, I would only use it once, since I let it steep for a couple of hours to create an infusion. 🍵
