I've witnessed unimaginable trauma

  • I've made a commitment to understand people. I have immersed myself in complex mental health. My time and my ability to express feel restricted at the moment because there is a lot going on that I cannot share both for legal reasons and the safety of those around me.
This is only temporary as I'm taking on some more complex mental health assignments, to learn more about the systems that are currently in place.
Inspiring and empowering as many people as possible ♡

It's never too late to begin building. I started from scratch 3x after losing everything 3x. The money and team will come as you focus on your purpose.

@@KyLives2 Yeah, I'm pretty sure there is no help, nobody is coming, I'm on my own I'm all alone. Here in the US "help" throws you in a cage and/or charges you thousands of $$$ .

@@thekidry5551 that's the same everywhere. I'm saying if you begin building, people will come to help you build. Not because you need their help, but because they see something positive being created and want to contribute. That's how community is formed.

As someone about to enter the mental health/drug and alcohol sector what modalities or approaches do you find the best to work with? I have had some success with somatic experiencing type work but alot of CBT approaches seem to only work up to a point. I know that is a vague as hell question 😅

Somatic approaches tend to do better than the dry mental approaches. The best thing I've found is through Aboriginal culture, with Steve Richards who created Holographic Kinetics which is a practical modality acknowledging and utilising 60,000 years of knowledge in a very direct and efficient way.
