I smoked a snow pile on the road and cracked my v.1 race spitter in half, was also -18 in mid winter. That might of contributed to it, and one spitter rod was popped out of the bumper. My rods were rusted bad after one winter.

Yeha sadly they dont work well as a snow plough 🙈 I know a few people.that snapped theirs but it's not what they were design for so MD cant really be blamed. The construction on mine is great and I found my metal attachments are slightly rusted in discoloration but nothing that rattle canning it with black spray cant help. Have you got a different now then?

Yep, bought a new maxton race splitter, the first week of February it arrived in the states. Just waiting for my side skirt extensions next.

An 5 inch exaust doesn't fit at my car. It's touching the diff. Is that a problem because of heat or rattling?

      5" exhaust or tips?

I have seen others run 5". Just put a spacer between the center part of the rear diffuser and the flared bits at the side where they meet. I'd use the double sides industrial tape from halfords what you can use on number plates as that is very strong and stick it between the top part of the kit and spacer and then underneath the spacer and between the bottom part of the kit if you get me? Basically pushing the center part of the diffuser down by 3 or 4 mm

@@interceptor5645 another fix would be to play around with the exhaust rear mounts to adjust the angle which I know fabrication shops can do that work on exhausts but typically that's too much faff and money for something this simple. I'd say go with the spacer idea first.

@@stjezeky2224 Yea i understand thats a good idea thanks! Couldn't see how much i need to extend the middle part but if it's just a few mm it will still be nice 👌 You took the same screws right?
