Nice results. I did the flip tailgate handle. And Cadillac DeVille tail lights. Plus, reverse light/ license plate box in my tailgate. All metal construction. Very thin skim of filler. Which nobody can avoid that necessary step. Since I'm not finished the truck (put away for the winter) This coming spring, since I have dual pipes coming straight out, gotta build a roll pan with cut-outs for the pipes. Got to love a custom OSB Chevy!

11:04 next time just cut each side maybe a quarter of an inch. I'm talking about each side where you have three tack welds trim 1/4 inch off each side then re tack weld it. Basically you're making it smaller two sandwich together but don't make it too short where the bolts won't reach or should I say the three screws love the channel stay blessed keep up the good work
