If there is any such custom then stamp paper or notary is also not required.....they can never be part of custom.....moreover if parties cannot prove custom then it becomes invalid....

If customary divorce is given on stamp paper and notary then it should be valid under section 29(2) of Hindu marriage act.

Stamp paper divorce is not valid.....second marriage illegal hogi
Mera divorce legal krne ka koi tarika hain kya sir .
