The divorce agreement on a Rs. 100 NJS is not valid as per law and not admissible as evidence in law for proof of divorce. Notary divorce is not a legal divorce. You have to approach the family court and to get decree for divorce. It is the law.

Held: Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, ss. 9 and 13-B -A divorce got through the panchayat as per the local customs of a particular community will not be recognised by any court of law. A divorce, in order to be legalised, mandatorily requires a judicial decree from a court of law and nothing less would do. Dissolution of marriage through panchayat as per custom prevailing in that area and in that community permitted cannot be a ground for granting divorce under Section 13 of the Act, 1955.
HC has rightly held that dissolution of marriage through Panchayat as per custom prevailing in that area and in that community permitted cannot be a ground for granting divorce u/s. 13 of the Act, 1955 - Moreover, in case the appellant wanted a decree on the basis of customary dissolution of marriage through Panchayat, he would not have filed a petition u/s. 13 of the Act, 1955 - Filing this petition itself means that none of the parties was of the view that the divorce granted by the Panchayat was legal - No reason to interfere with the well-reasoned judgment of the HC - Appeal dismissed

यदि किसी स्त्री का पति मर गया है और उसके पास शादी का कोई डॉक्यूमेंट नहीं है जिससे ये साबित किया जा सके की वो उसका पति था।और जिस पंडित ने शादी कराया वो कोमा में हो और उसके पति के घर वाले उसके पति की संपत्ति में कोई अधिकार नहीं देना चाहते है। तो यदि महिला कोर्ट में केस करेगी तो वो कैसे साबित करेगी की वो उसकी पत्नी थी।

Go to court and file petition under sec 13(1)(a),on ground of adultery
Suraj ji on the grounds of your proof you will be granted the divorce sure .............. but on some conditions you should face some risks like attending the court etc...... there is no job insecurity for you it is, better to approach the court after probation period as i think.
Matrimonial Matter is not effective for government employee, bcoz rarely matter not prove... So don't worry...

When these faminist enjoying there husband's money in home then they are saying that they are equal to husband .we agree with that But why on devorce time in caurt she files fake dowry and domestic violence case against husband and pretend lik abhla Nari only for some money. On that time why don't she say that she is faminist and equal to husband . Why don't she say she also have 2 hands and two legs like husband so she does not need any money from husband. So all men should file petition against dowry and maintaince law now.india as a biggest democracy in world have to change laws according to ground situations. Otherwise it will come up with big protest of gender discrimination.
