    Kneesovertoesguy!! Every serious athlete should be doing his bulletproof knee exercises! Everyone can start by just walking backwards

    I doubt this is something Jameson Williams does when he is at full stamina. To me it looks like an issue with conditioning. May not even be his fault I would have to go back and look at what play in the game this happened and how many plays in a row he was on the field for. This was a very long catch at full speed. Your exercises will definitely help prevent this injury. But I think his stamina level was the main cause. As we all know when you get fatigued your chance of injury sky rockets.

      It could be. Our coach used to tell us that injuries come from not being conditioned. So he would have us run a lot so we were never tired in the game. And a lot of isometrics with good form to have strong tendons and ligaments.
