Yup, this is the theme that plays on the First Floor, or Area A of the tower.
Edit: Actually, upon listening to the full track, this seems to be a hodgepodge of themes from Tsu. At 1:32 I hear the Darkness theme, which plays on Floors 4 and 5/Area C/Area 3
