Not all of them. The only thing missing is another version of the theme also from Mean Bean Machine where it plays as the game's ending theme. In it, the tempo is slightly faster and the notes are either different or altered, while keeping the second half of the theme fully intact.
7:01 The super famicom version is the one that sounds the most fun to me. Just "nyom nyom" sounds all around! 15:38 The sega saturn version sounds surprizingly nice. 17:21-19:06 The contrast between "Windows" Draco freaking out and "Mac" Draco looking completely stunned, not even reacting until the last second is hilarious. xD
20th’s version will forever be the definitive version of this song to me, but the Puyo Tetris 2 version sounds great as well when you can hear the whole thing! The Windows and Macintosh versions though... They make it sound like something is seriously wrong with the Puyo Battle you’re in...! Borderline 2010’s creepypasta material there!

Ragnus has a curse placed on him, whereby he's in the body of a child most of the time. But he regains his maturity by "leveling up" (which clearing Puyo allows him to do), but the effects seem to be only temporary. Lagamünt made his debut in the Japan-exclusive mobile game Puyo Puyo!! Quest. A member of the holy knighthood, but prefers to work alone for the most part, as he believes that cooperation will not lead to anything good. It it hinted that his solitude stems from past trauma, wanting to be alone rather than losing someone he trusts. Rozatte also made his debut in Puyo Puyo!! Quest. He is a teacher (of sorts) to apprentice warlocks. Very smart, polite and gentle, but at times also strict. Seemlingly always concerned about the verbeing of his students.

Why yes, it is. But the MSX2/FDS game is distinctly different from the Arcade/Mega Drive game as it is single-player only and does not feature the “Theme of Puyo Puyo”, which is what the video is about.
