I've been getting such strong head aches. Feeling of pressure in the head, pressure in the 3rd eye, feelings of an elastic band type feeling around my head. Going on for around 18 months. Had MRI scans etc, next test is checking my blood vessels. Just wondered if any one else had experienced anything like this? Mentioned it because of what was said in the video about energy entering through the crown. Thank you Amanda, thanks every one ❤

❤ wow I feel sick but i am pushing on. I suffer from lightheadedness every day sick to my stomach its been a condition for the past 7 years but now is WORST than ever i still keep pushing. I did 🎄 Christmas did not go to families house, spent Christmas Eve at home alone had my daughter pick up the gifts for her family. Christmas day i stayed home. I was invited to a friend's house who lives down the block we cooked dinner had wine 🍷 nice evening. I spent my holidays with good friends not family. I am very awaken my family is not, i have two family members from a very large family, imagine i have 6 grandchildren and two grown children cousins and siblings my FRIST cousins have children my brothers and sister have children some already have children. So yes large family. My energy is very strong when i try to share i don't call it coming from ego I call it coming from caring, my entire family took the jab including my grandchildren so no i am not coming from ego i am awaken and understand that we no longer can come from ego we must come from love i don't push what i know what i have learn from the universe guiding me to learn the truth to learn and share as much as i can. I am called a conspiracy theorist people have laughed in my face. Its been a very lonely 🛣️ road. As I've said, i can hear the frequencies. Yesterday was definitely strong and loud. Continuing today. I also felt them on the back of my head and 3rd eye. I had to say, "I allow these energies to flow through me" hoping they would pass quickly. We did have a large X class flare. In addition to what Amanda says, please find a practice that allows you to know how to stay centered during this. Eye of the storm.

Thank you for your bravery to speak TRUTH. People ARE waking up , but maybe a bit subtler than we have. My hubby is now showing me IG Reels, flabbergasted at the info he is hearing. My ego is challenged with each statement he makes because I have already told him these things pre-Covid. But the beauty that is now happening in my own being is that I DONT GIVE A SHIT TO PROVE I WAS RIGHT anymore. It’s not even a conscious choice - I just am accepting and excited for HIS awareness coming online. I wasn’t sure if he would choose this evolving path, and am so grateful my love of 35 years didn’t push me away July 2018 when my “lightening bolt brain” happened which led to so many spiritual phenomena. Yesterday, right after the Japan earthquake, which I did not know about yet, I felt so agitated. I had no words, just feeling like throwing something for no reason, and a chaotic feeling. Nothing had happened. It just came out of nowhere. I could not even let my cats near me which confused them. No reason to feel this way. I had to sit and just calm myself. It took a few hours. I wonder if these events can affect us even if we are on the other side of the planet. Or, maybe I was just feeling the energy coming in. I like the idea of being able to ask to have it toned down. Normally, I feel like I am a calm balanced person.

Omg i saw that in my backyard it was beautiful colors but i saw it from inside my home i did not step out i should if i knew. My sister was just here and was telling me about a face that she saw in the clouds it was very vivid and clear that her daughter in-law was able to see it when she asked her to look then it disappeared. ❤

Doing my best to stay heartcentred and not get anxiety, but find it hard because my partner has healty issues, and always moaning at me or moaning at ppl on tv or outside. He has recently given up drinking so I know that's part of why he is like it. Unable to go inside myself and meditate, because he always disturbs me. I thought I was cool- until I was triggered at the family brunch- people at the table talking about economy and stock market- and here I sit with my husband, definitely the poor of the family- getting frustrated about being able To pay the bills and not having any money to invest into anything or even make any savings. Darn it- I got triggered with frustration and then shortly after, an anger… Won’t see them anytime soon- they just showed me- AGAIN- I have nothing in common with the world of greed (or at least how I perceived it through my angry and frustrated filter)

Wow. In the first 1.5 hours of 2024 I had my ego revealed to me in 3 successive ways✨
Yesterday, right after the Japan earthquake, which I did not know about yet, I felt so agitated. I had no words, just feeling like throwing something for no reason, and a chaotic feeling. Nothing had happened. It just came out of nowhere. I could not even let my cats near me which confused them. No reason to feel this way. I had to sit and just calm myself. It took a few hours. I wonder if these events can affect us even if we are on the other side of the planet. Or, maybe I was just feeling the energy coming in. I like the idea of being able to ask to have it toned down. Normally, I feel like I am a calm balanced person.

Omg i saw that in my backyard it was beautiful colors but i saw it from inside my home i did not step out i should if i knew. My sister was just here and was telling me about a face that she saw in the clouds it was very vivid and clear that her daughter in-law was able to see it when she asked her to look then it disappeared. ❤

I have for many years ,felt the disharmony between the words spoken by others and their emotions within and intentions ,a mismatch . Thank you for your gentle presence and integrity .
Doing my best to stay heartcentred and not get anxiety, but find it hard because my partner has healty issues, and always moaning at me or moaning at ppl on tv or outside. He has recently given up drinking so I know that's part of why he is like it. Unable to go inside myself and meditate, because he always disturbs me. I hope and pray he finds his way soon, so I can find peace.
