Major physical symptoms! I've actually been in the hospital with physical pain......it has triggered some major stuff and yes the headaches are returning

Symptoms: My crown has a lot of tingling ,sometimes it feels like energy is playing with the top of my hair and 3rd eye pressure. Lower back has been hurting so I need to be mindful of good posture . Had a Reiki session a few days ago and she said my root chakra seems like it has a “bruise “. The biggest symptom that irritates me has been zing pulses in my feet and heavy energy that gets stuck in the bottom of my feet 😅 A lot of grounding and breath work to pull energy down and out through my feet into Mother Earth is so essential right now to balance energy. I have been experiencing chronic pain tmj, pain in my joints and extremeties, migraines, hearing (tinnitus) and sight (floaters), fatigue, heart palpitations, memory problems, congestion. It was lovely! My energyfield expanded very easily like a golden blast of mist. It felt really relaxed and the energyflow was very gentle even though the portal was so powerful. My kids started playing with a wooden rainbow during the meditation (they had not picked it up in a few weeks). Afterwards they came to cuddle and snuggle. Researched archangel Chamuel and it turns out he helps find lost items and new jobs, two current themes in my life. Good timing! Feels like he might be one of my guides (at least at the moment 😊).

Unconditional love is what we all need! Protection and actions fo the most vulnerable is our duty and the fruit of unconditional love. Stopping the aggressor is not beeing polarized but saving people from extermination. To reconcile them both parties have to be alive as people first....coming against injustice is not polarisation!
Experiencing trauma of a family member, but I feel all their pain, emotions and even wake at night “ knowing” this person’s inability to sleep. They are also seeing their perpetrator and have been through layers and years of prior of healing , but then another trauma happens. This person had systemic symptoms since childhood. An old soul. A very deep thinker and empath. Release is fading some symptoms but launching others. Faith is extremely strong.
I appreciate this. I love Christina. You helped me so much back in 2020 & again since my spiritual awakening really took off in April '23. I turn to your high value content so much. It's amazing that you generously provide such high value content for free to the community. Regarding this Activation: I gotta say, I woke up in a really good mood, looking forward to this. The moment the comments were listed off as to how people felt, my energy started to dip. I go to group healings (smaller groups) weekly. I join spiritual workshops often. This is not a common reaction I have, not this extreme by any means. I felt pretty awful in the middle and after this activations. Fluish. I’ve been off since and will need to clear around this. Sad, depressed, angry, rageful - non of these belong to me as they're the polar opposite of how my day started. I already grounded. Maybe I picked up on some dense energies or maybe I’m purging 😕I shielded before I jumped on and typically shield/clear daily as well as balance/clear my chakras.

I hear you speaking about the importance of grounding. For those of us that struggle to ground in the physical, like me, I have found that reminding myself that because collective consciousness is increasing so rapidly, what I am feeling is quite possibly not my emotion or sensation alone. When we remember that we all share in each other's difficult emotions, the discomfort is lessened immensely and tolerance increases. Xo!

I've been definitely been having appetite changes. Wanting 2 eat healthy n eating less, getting full quickly n also losing my appetite all together!

Experiencing trauma of a family member, but I feel all their pain, emotions and even wake at night “ knowing” this person’s inability to sleep. They are also seeing their perpetrator and have been through layers and years of prior of healing , but then another trauma happens. This person had systemic symptoms since childhood. An old soul. A very deep thinker and empath. Release is fading some symptoms but launching others. Faith is extremely strong.

Regarding this Activation:
I gotta say, I woke up in a really good mood, looking forward to this.
The moment the comments were listed off as to how people felt, my energy started to dip. I go to group healings (smaller groups) weekly. I join spiritual workshops often. This is not a common reaction I have, not this extreme by any means.
I felt pretty awful in the middle and after this activations. Fluish.
I’ve been off since and will need to clear around this. Sad, depressed, angry, rageful - non of these belong to me as they're the polar opposite of how my day started. I already grounded. Maybe I picked up on some dense energies or maybe I’m purging 😕I shielded before I jumped on and typically shield/clear daily as well as balance/clear my chakras.
Besides calling upon Archangel Raphael and any beings you resonate with to help you can try Rising Higher youtube channels Archangel Raphael meditation. I did this recently and it was very helpful. I also recommend Michael Beckwith's channel too as it is very uplifting.
I hear you speaking about the importance of grounding. For those of us that struggle to ground in the physical, like me, I have found that reminding myself that because collective consciousness is increasing so rapidly, what I am feeling is quite possibly not my emotion or sensation alone. When we remember that we all share in each other's difficult emotions, the discomfort is lessened immensely and tolerance increases. Xo!

WOW!! Polarization of energy, that is a perfect way to describe it! I have been feeling tired and depressed some days and alive and full of energy other days. Totally feeling that. And bridging energy, lately, I've been feeling everyone's energies in the room, and hearing everything, which has made me feel even more overwhelmed!
I felt and do feel extreme sadness. I don’t feel depressed as it comes and goes.
I strongly resonated with all the questions. I feel so validated. I thought I had lost my connection. I had given up at one recent point.
I see now it is part of the journey and I still have work to do.
