O gosh finally someone who gets it. We dont all have so much money. Thank you so much. This is my first, so you helped me out sooo much. Lots of love from my tiny growing family ❤️
We just had our second two months ago. You definitely learn each time what to bring and not bring. I way over packed the first time. One splurge item I wish I would have taken both times and ended up having someone bring to me was a heating pad. Neither hospital had one and it helped so much recovering from labor and especially where I had the epidural. Also, not all hospitals will provide a pacifier- a lot of city hospitals won't because they promote the baby friendly initiative and don't want the baby using one nor will they let the baby have a bottle. That was frustrating for us. Anyways, love your videos. I got a good laugh out of your opening clip. We can all relate 😅. Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Praying you have a wonderful delivery and can't wait to see your new baby ❤️
Your videos have been so encouraging. I’ve binged all your baby prep videos I think. I’m due in 3 months with my third baby, and I’m losing my house and moving into a small rented room. I’ve been so stressed and scared. Thank you for showing me I can do this.
This video is sooo correct! You never have to over bring. I never packed the hubby's stuff. He usually came and go...would bring in fun stuff to eat and drink LOL With my first child, I was 20, I NEVER knew you could change into your own clothing. I did have a robe and clothes to come home in. With my 2nd, I brought a portable DVD player and dvd's...wore all my own clothes except I didn't mind using mesh underwear and those ice pack pads were amazing! haha This was a great video girl. So excited for baby #4!
Lol you at the beginning grunting and struggling to get on the bed to get comfortable . Then the way you lay down with your legs crossed. Your so funny. Love ya take care safe happy delivery
I'm 28 weeks with #5. My husband maybe only ever showered and changed one time at the hospital. I always pack him a bag, but he never uses it. With a couple of our kids being in school and me being due during the school year, he may just come home for the night and shower and get kids to school in the morning before coming back. I guess it will depend on the day of the week when baby comes.
I love the teacher you coming out in this video 😂 DONT BUY STUFF THAT THE HOSPITAL HAS....YOURE ALREADY PAYING FOR IT! Ha spoken like a seasoned mama...you are so right... everything I brought for my 3rd was in a small bag lol and it was perfect...only other thing I bring is a fan... #summerbabies
This is SO true! I didn't have maternity coverage with my first baby (16 years ago! Lol!), so thought I'd save money by bringing my own EVERYTHING. Turns out, the hospital doesn't CARE if you bring your own, they're gonna use their stuff and bill you for every darn thing! Lol! Everything I brought, I hauled right back home again, completely unopened! Lol! Turns out, during the midst of labor/delivery and immediate postpartum, that honestly ,I* didn't care either, I just wanted thing as easy as possible!😂 This time around (due July 4, 2024), I'm going to pack much lighter! 😂
Abby, you've got it together ❤️ Each of my babies came fast, then faster, so I packed in advance to be ready too. They were all close to their due date. I enjoy seeing what you plan out--take care and enjoy these last few weeks of pregnancy ❣️
I love your channel! I'm due with baby 6 in March, 6th c section. I love the how the hospital provides everything just like you said! I also pack ear plugs.
19 weeks pregnant! Prepping in advance during the second trimester because my husband is deployed. I agree about using the things the hospital provides! Haven’t given birth but freebies are freebies and better save my money! Thanks for making this video 💕
😂 i lauughed the fisrt part of the video when you were trying yo sit on your bed. Lol so real , shortness of breath and the discomfort ... Love your channel keep it up❤
I enjoyed the video even though I'm not pregnant. Where I live the hospital provided also the Haaka breast pumps. I was just wondering how you are planning to sterilize it if you bring your own and use it in the hospital?
I haven't seen someone beautiful glowing when you you have a cute baby bump what brand of diapers are you going to use Pampers or huggies or luvs wish you and your family happy
I love watching these videos! Even tho I’m not pregnant, I don’t have kids or am even married 🤣 go figure! Also, I wanted to peek in on your Instagram to see if you’ve had baby, but seems like either your profile is down or you linked the wrong page. 😕
@@thesimplifiedsaver yay!! I’m now following you! Check your previous vídeo descriptions too, because I tried those links thinking that maybe only this one was off, but they were all taking to the same “not found page”.
I am 69 years old. I have had 4 children and don't remember bringing half the stuff you are bringing. It just seems you get there go through labor and have your baby and the next day you go home. Maybe I was just to minalist.
@thesimplifiedsaver7052 my first baby was 2008 (16 years ago!😮😂) and at 12.5 weeks now, I'm finding exactly how much things have changed, even in "just" that amount of time! I can't imagine how much times have changed since original commenter had their baby! 😊
O gosh finally someone who gets it. We dont all have so much money. Thank you so much. This is my first, so you helped me out sooo much.

You could use an app on your phone for white noise (as long as it stays plugged in!) to have one less item to pack.
Yes, that's true!
Perfect timing! I am 35 weeks and 5 days today and so overwhelmed! (First time mommy)
You got this! Hang in there :)

@@JessiQT17 they gave me 2-5 February!
They also have belly bands at the hospital. I used them for both of my csections. My oldest son I didn't feel like I needed a belly band
Glad you found that helpful too!

Hi I love your content . Quick question , why are you getting a c-section? Just curious, I had one myself but that was an emergency c-section
