Hello, I have a motorcycle like that and suddenly when I start it, it jerks me and backfires at roof racks, could it be the gasoline filter? Thank you.
Daniel Parks it will likely leak. Or have you fixed it yet? Solution is to drill out broken stud, Tao it to m5, place a stainless bolt m5 behind it so that it pokes out and voila a new stud.
I have a SC400 and SC300 both are 30 years old and never ever had to replace its electric fuel pump.

Good description, but when disconnecting from the fuel line, put rags under it, there are ugly yellow spots on the gearbox.

I accidentally broke of one of the 6 studs , i put to much torque into it. Will 5 out of 6 be ok, or will gas leak?
