This video is taking cues from Exodus where the Israelites escaped from their cage of Egypt and out into the desert still with their sins and fleshly burdens.
I think a lot of people miss the fact that he is dressed in all black vs everyone dressed in all white because he suffers with seeing himself as a burden as well.

I feel the people in white are memories or people from his past and those people are carrying burdens in his mind, the girl might be just a new memory or someone whose just left his life and he's showing that they're now carrying a burden for him, at the end the person in white there has no burdens and they're giving him white clothing showing he's getting rid of the burdens and being hopeful
Now that y'all have gotten to the HOPE video I can say that I see the end of the Search video where he is by the water and given the white clothes as the beginning of the raft trip that we see in the opening of the HOPE video. 🖤🤍
