Today Taylor played better on the big points, so congratulations to him. He's worked hard to make improvements as well recently. I wish them both well for 2025 ❤❤
It's good that Zverev recognizes that Fritz has an improved and much better forehand now. It's high time that Zverev improves his forehand too. The way he's hitting it right now with so much spin is more suited to Clay.
They played some amazing points but tbh both made multiple unforced errors and neither will win a slam until they stop this. Easy win for Sinner tomorrow.
Zverev definitely needs to improve mentally especially when it comes to his return game. It's important to want to put it back in play, but when the return is not aggressive/challenging, there's an opportunity for players like Fritz to still be on the offensive rather than neutral. Moreover, Zverev needs to have more confidence in hitting tighter angles from the forehand wing. He's shown some improvement especially against Carlos, but there's still ways to go.
Agree and sure Zverev agrees. He did make great improvements this year and has been through a lot. He is a very strong competitor and will no doubt rest and then prepare hard for next year. Taylor is a really nice and friendly guy. If only I didn't have to watch his blonde girlfriend and her stupid behavior on TV all the time when he's playing.... What he can do tactically and technically, he does brilliantly. Serve, forehand, BOOM. But when I see how he holds the racket, how bad his footwork is, how limited he is with his strokes, I wonder why Zverev loses so often to him? Zverev has an overflowing talent and doesn't make good use of it. As many have already written here, it must be down to his attitude and mindset. I would advise him to get an external coach and become more independent. Otherwise the Grand Slam title won't happen.... Lendl and Becker have already tried. He just always seems to know better....
Fritz has improved physically but mainly mentally over the last 2 years, and he's a much better player. Zverev had to spend 1 of those years learning how to walk again, and now another year getting match play back at where he was. He's effectively 2 years behind Fritz mentally now and that's why Fritz has been getting the better of him in these matches.

This guy just doesn't have big match temperament.. He'll never win a slam with that attitude.. Always excuses for his failures in big moments
Instead of starting with congrats you are n2, some of these journalists make it look like he has no clue how to play
who is the player called "Yoshi"?
I guess Yoshihito Nishioka, currently ranked 72. Has 3-1 against Taylor.
Great interview from Fritz - very modest. I do hope he can win that final against Jannik
Greetings from Australia....
Sinner already won the other day with Fritz, Hes another level.
@@elenapavone-rennie1801 You are absolutely correct. I suppose, just wishful thinking 🙂
Does anyone doubt that Fritz won't lose dominantly to Sinner in straight sets?
Fritz will take a set and lose the match against sinner .but sinner will try to finish in straight sets
He’s getting better against the top players, so you never know
@@BusinessofGood sinner is not slowing down ..he won't give any free points
Sinner is a beast! Only chance for Fritz is Sinner gets an injury and retire. We're talking about the level of Mount Everest here.
I'm always hopeful! Let's go Taylor! 🎾
I'm always happy to see Zverev lose. Thanks for your service Taylor :3
I certainly share your sentiment. 😂😂
I’ve never liked Zverev.
I agree. He is nasty.
This interview is a joke. Fritz had one more day to rest and seems like Sasha lost by double 6-0. He was very close to win in the third set when fritz save the break point in the 5-5. Great match
Thats the nature of majority if not all atp tournaments though 😢
Still waiting for the sinner medvedev post match 🤔🤔
Such a clown when he loses lmao excuses all the time and doesnt answer the questions he can keep fluking 2 masters by not facing top 10 players will nevsr win a slam
He's effectively 2 years behind Fritz mentally now and that's why Fritz has been getting the better of him in these matches.
quel exploit faire jouer un joueur qui enchaine les matchs sans jour de repos contre l'adversaire qui lui en a un, surtout pour une demie de masters , non vraiment.
I honestly can’t stand the sound of Taylor’s voice. That vocal fry is just unbearable! Someone needs to let him know that so many people skip his press conferences for that exact reason.
Vocal fry what does that even mean
Still sounds better than Taylor Swift.
Yeah ik what u mean
Es war die Lunge.
Sonst hätte Sascha gewonnen.
Noch besser:
Er hätte alle 4 Majors gewonnen.
Yes he never actually loses to people playing better. There’s always an excuse.
@@sbrons1I am really sure that was a joke
Lol. Genau er hätte alle 4 gewonnen
Fritz improved and won today but who got to N2 is Sasha, not Taylor
What are these question x_x
I noticed zverev ran out if gas ⛽, it was also bad scheduling that he played Carlos and then he played fritz immediately unlike fritz had a days break same is for sinner he got extra day!!
Zverev has the best tennis bod right now!!
not at all
@@DylanBaman-lf7wz he easily does lol stop crying
Sucks. It was a tight match. It's crazy though with how lopsided things are now. Sinner is going to crush Fritz. It's not even going to be a good match.
You were probs in hospital for breaking your hand on your girlfriend 😂😂😂
Cheap and pathetic jobe. Not funny, You're the only one laughing.
@@cooprice0237 glad somebody said it! He totally grosses me out!
You were the better player, yet you lost. Work on your mental game.
Let's all laugh at the German!!!🎉😂
Nothing changes....Zverev still the same tennis champion. just a bad day at the office, it can happen.
