That looks like I most likely used Irish spring soap. I've written a lot about this on my channel. But leave the soap in the box. Put in the microwave 3 timesfor 9 seconds about 10-20 seconds apart. Also change it's location in the microwave each time. It makes it soft and takes away the flakey brittleness that some soaps have.
Irish spring works good......key is to keep it moist and....it sounds funny.....but put it in the microwave for 9 seconds....then 9 seconds again. It gets nice and soft. Try different types of soap. Find one that is soft....not brittle.....have fun.
I think what you are asking is.....is there a template I traced out to start with. Yes, I make my own templates though. I don't have any posted yet. I make my own templates by looking at hundreds of photos and drawings, then make my own from them. But if you really like the one that I have made you can just pause the video, take a sheet of paper and put it over your computer screen, then use a pencil to trace it out, then cut it out.....then you have your own stencil......template...guide. just make sure it fits on your soap bar. This will actually help you tremendously in understanding the shapes of what you are creating. I"ll actually work on posting some templates for the carvings.
