It is always interesting when someone in pain finds it safe enough to put down their defence strategies. On the other side of such vulnerability comes out a much aware and generous being. Love it.
Then why can this "Generous being" spend 90% of her professional career talking about herself. We have all been duped by a cute little blond. Gee, I guess she is the only person in The USA who lost a family member somewhere between 8 and 16. None of our parents died before we were 25. They all live to be over 85. Give me a break. As shitty of a situation I’m in, I feel it. (It’s weird and funny: when I left the nest to become “independent” I felt privileged even though I didn’t have what is a typical income of the privileged. That slowly eroded in 2007.) I want it. I do need it. It’s like, why, though? Again, seriously? Haven’t I done this already? I’m not a skier but I used to be an avid reader and dabbled a bit in writing, doodling and sketching in moleskins; among other crafts. But, it seems, (I’ve got a little of the old negative Chelsea,) I watch too much TV and I’m online way too much, as well. Occasionally, I sought therapists. Occasionally, I was “invited” to go to therapy. But, I either couldn’t afford it or they couldn’t afford me. So, we could never settle on a middle ground for, to use the new lingo I just learned, here, integration. For better or worse, here, I am, in Italy. My birth country and it sucks. But, I’ve learned a lot. Especially, this year. My therapy can’t only be that of a therapist. But, it must, either before or during, that of justice and law; constitution and liberty. What sucks really bad about being in Italy is how hard it is to get legal experts to talk to me. And, when I finally get one who’ll talk to me, I don’t get straight answers and have to wait months before I get them, if at all. That’s regarding a specific lawyer. I’m still trying. I’ve also a couple people if they could look into it and get back to me. Fingers crossed. But, life sucks really bad. I hate it, here. Anyways, thank you.

Seem funny coz most issues and internal make up is complicated . Don’t think Chelsea realise how narcissistic she is. I mean for a start why is she doing this show coz it’s all about her. And her therapist hasn’t told her, why would he’s getting paid for a softly softly Approch In the mid 80s I went to rehab for my then smack habit . Was heavy therapy we had encounter groups. You sit in a circle, after dropping notes in a box in the hallway alweek about someone or something ya angers about (the group is led by a qulified therapist), with ya peers, other recovery druggies. Coz they pull ya shit, you can’t kid a kidder. And the onion concept is, yeah anger is a capping emotion but when you have gone round the group screaming I’m anger, the anger dies down, Coz emotions are always in flux. If you stay with it it give’s way to what’s under, could several commonly loneliness, and you go round the group looking them in the eyes shouting I’m lonely, underneath that might be (feeling small) embarrassment about how you feel about ya self, that you can’t even face. You are a person that likes to bel liked coz you want and need that approval, and trump annoys sane ppl (not that i am), but mirrors as was said in rehab can bring out the most anger,more so if there is somfink you are trying to conceal from ya self.Some disorders are born with, narcissist are made. You know where that fork in the road happened, you just have to look honestly And to conclude lots of ppl think I’m nice but truth is I have
sociopathIf leanings, but but really I know my who, what I am just empathetic and if you think you have pain, imagine being able to see everyone… it’s not nice.. I have lots of frd for some strange reason ppl like, but I just want to rum Btw I’m a 61, oh the year I was born in Kx
