When I draw realistic clouds with a special cloud painting brush, it will be quick to draw by also determining which side the sun shines from and which side the shadow falls from. However, when I draw clouds like those in the game "Monkey Island", which are characterized by the fact that they are wavy stripes and usually end with a spiral on two sides, it will take a little more time. I start drawing first with a hard white brush. In the circles, I draw dark slits for the spiral. The next stage is casting a shadow on the cloud (by determining which side the sun shines from). There can also be an additional layer of shadow from the bottom 😉 Then I merge these layers and at the very end I add a blur. They are also great. I like to alternate between drawing realistic clouds and also spirals 😉

I noticed a pattern between experimenting and finding out your workflow, I would like to say that you helped me grow a lot as an artist, and I'm thankful for that. There's one question that has been bugging my mind, what brush do you use for sketching in Photoshop? If you could tell me I'd be thankful. I want something light and almost transparent when you press down, but sharp when you use force, something similar looking to your sea creatures video (if I got the title correct ) I'd also like to know what brush you used for your "dragon fruit design" " video, overall thanks
