The Harmon Kardon speakers are really top class and the higher resolution screen and snapdragon 870 processor are also way better. Has your team at gizmochina tried it?

Redmi is the first brand to make me buy a tablet. They offered me a free keyboard and stylus pen. For 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, for £269, it's not bad. It's very cheap for the UK. I make this much money with the tablet in a single day of work. 😂 It's incredibly cheap, and I use it for movies and some social media scrolling. It's incredibly fast, and the operating system is very nice. I love the product and am seriously considering buying from Xiaomi in the future. ❤ I used a lot of Apple and Samsung products at work and didn't notice a big difference between them. I'm impressed.
Me too, I got a 6/128 and the pen as I only use it for videos and writing and the pen is actually really good I expected much less, its so accurate and the pressure sensitivity is very good along with the palm rejection

I guess it's slightly more optimize since they have same CPU & same cooling Also.. Poo Pad sometimes come like $20 less (depends on where U look) I got Poco Pad for $200 from Ali Express with some discounts & copouns.. best $200 U can get for these specs.. very solid actually

The "three dots menu" from HyperOS which can't be disabled and is always displayed at the top, even in full screen movies or games, which you can easily touch unintentionally or it's simply annoying to see over actor's faces, is the most stupid thing I've ever seen. I'm willing to revert to old OS version just because of that and the disc-shaped mouse cursor, you can't see what you're clicking on
When will Xiaomi/Redmi introduce a proper Desktop Mode on their tablets 😅 At least Lenovo's budget tablets have such feature. Bigger tablets are suited for productivity!

12 inch tablet hmm that's not a freaking tablet any more. For me max 8 inch tablet that you can handle with one hand, need to be very light no need to be super powerful but have good battery.
Good point, but It's hard to strike a balance between work and entertainment. So it's about the choice, companies must have done a lot of research, 12" definitely has its place in people's daily lives.

The white value of the display is very poor. It is more of a very bright yellow. Very disappointing. That's why I have returned the Redmi.
