I am so impressed with your videos, especially your knowledge of fruits and flowers, I'm a muzungu married to a Tanzanian lady, and earlier this year we purchased land for a shamba, the land is very similar to the land in the video but a long way from the main road but perfect for farming.
Hi auntie Esther. Another great video 📹 it was great and you did a fantastic job 👏 explaining how one can purchase land. The soil in that area looks very fertile but the highlight of the day was seeing you riding the motorcycle 🏍 😉 great video 📹 👍 I enjoyed it.
Very inspiring video. Some of the witnesses to the seller are the immediate neighbors sharing boundaries with the owner. They know the demarcation well. LC l, ll, lll and V are Local Government Councils. Level one is the Village, Two is the Parish, 3 is the Sub county or Town Council and 5 is at the District level. Elaborating for non Ugandans.
Esther, I'm enjoying your easy going, informative style, unlike others doing similar things on TH-cam. Plus, I have to confess you being eye candy definitely is an advantage. You know you've got it, I know you've got it, and thankfully so does the camera guy....
I believe it also to be true that freehold purchase of land is only available to Ugandan citizens. If it was that simple I would think about investing in a farm and house.
Great videos, I keep trying to grow moringa in the States. Indoors of course. Would love to see you in traditional everyday clothing, modest dressing is really needed more nowadays. Keep up the good work 🥰
another great video the land is beautiful you can do a lot of things there esther you are a working holic graet woman am interesting in buying the land
Much appreciation on the video and the theme and the landscope. About the the plant leaves and herbs please show us them in zoomed views pretty like you did for the last plant on this video. Thanks a lots ! I subscibe on that very first time !

Hello Nyako Thank you for a great video. Would it make mor sense to get identification from the owner an both go to ministry of lands department to see if that person really owns them land and how many other people owns it before you pay for the land. This one person might have many family members who also own that plot
Essa planta espinhosa, nós chamamos de ora pro nóbis, no Brasil, muito consumida como salada, ou até mesmo refogada, muito bom. Considerado a carne de pobre.
Ma Sha Allah! How much an average hectare of land in this area? Can you grow olive trees, pomegranate and Mangos? I know Uganda is a beautiful land with beautiful people.
Sweetheart, not everybody is welcome to come and take over Uganda by buying. Most people have evil intentions. They come smiling but they are pure evil. I know you mean well but i dont feel like telling the whole world how to take over beautiful Uganda is a good idea. But i am glad to learn about the drought plant

Very informative...did not know you are a driver...be safe
The truck driver recognized you as an international content creator and you tube star and tooted his horn to say hello 😂.
Hehe I know
He only toots his horn because of the natrural beauty of this African sister. I guess nothing wrong with that!
GD Cameraman!, Makes sure you show the "land" at all times! I would plow that "land" immediately. Such a beautiful round swollen "land."
Very interesting indeed.
Much love 🇬🇭
Your land can produce livelihood for you if you know how to navigate what your resource possesses
