I own this bag in the smooth black leather and I find it has the best features of the celine box bag, fendi baguette, and Chanel classic flap. The minimalism is very reminiscent of celine box bag, the silhouette reminds me of the fendi baguette especially with the shorter shoulder strap, and the color way of black and gold is very much “Chanel” vibes. Can’t wait to watch!
I very much agree! Honestly all their color combos are a dream, I was originally going to purchase the black and gold as well but it was sold out so I took the risk and got the nude version. I definitely love this combo as well! Thank you for supporting
I have bags from Chanel, Hermes, LV, etc and I bought The Curated shoulder bag in smooth black about a year and I LOVE it! The quality is amazing, the style is timeless. Very comparible to the Celine classic "box" bag. And today I received The Curated bag in nude smooth leather, its just gorgeous! I really recommend this bag, you get so much for your money, lovely staff/service and luxurious packaging!👍🏻

Is it fabric linings inside now instead of all leather?

I have got the chocolate and I LOVE IT. Everyone asks me what designer it is from. Over a year and I have no scratches, keeps it structure and the extra strap is great. I take it when I travel bc it fits day and night bc the strap options.
The smell- I have a friend in manufacturing and she said it might be the type of plastic ( absorbs moisture) its packed.
Is it comfortable to wear?
I have two of these, but I wish they still had the leather lined interior! My nude one is leather lined, my black one (newer), is not!
oohh interesting! I wonder why they changed it.. I also the love the leather lining! makes it very easy to clean!
How do you find the quality of this bag vs the ordicle bag you reviewed recently?
personally I think the quality of each bag is about on par with each other. the curated has the smooth finish while the ordicle bag def has a textured (saffiano-like) leather finish. they are both pretty structured bags so they should hold up for a long time. either one would be a great purchase and they both have different price points so you have a choice depending on your budget :)
I share the same view as you about the strap being too short. Celine box bag strap is the perfect length. Is the leather soft enough to expand when you put things in?
hi! the leather is soft and will expand but the difficulty comes with closing. It's held by that flap cover so if you overpack you won't be able to close

Hello! I am 5'2 -- the shorter strap should be about the same I would imagine. As for the longer strap, I had it set on the longest setting for reference.
Hello, do you still use this bag? How has it held up over the past year?
lately in the last couple months, I haven't gotten a chance to use this bag as often because it just worked more with my outfits in the spring/summer. but I do plan on bringing it back to my rotation soon! so far, its held up great, no issues at all! I did use it more in the summer last year though!
