Hi everyone, I have a question that might seem silly to some, but it is something that is bothering me. I’ve ordered this bag once and it came in impeccable condition except for one thing… the flap was not perfectly horizontal and by that I mean: when closed, you could notice a slight difference in hight between the left and the right corner of the flap. One side was a couple of mm lower but the difference was noticeable enough. I thought it was a production error so I sent the bag back. Then I watched some videos including this one and I saw the same asymmetry. In some videos the flap seems to be perfectly straight and horizontal, but in most videos it is not. Can you guys confirm it? Thanks a lot for your feedback. I think that I have some type of OCD but then again, when I pay that kind of money I expect it to be perfect.

Really informative and lovely video <3 tysm! I have the demi-lune and can attest to how rough/stiff the opening and zipper can be at first. And thank you for the idea of turning the demi-lune into a shoulder purse! for anyone reading that wants to know how to shorten the strap, it’s honestly pretty easy and doesn’t necessitate video instruction. This is how I did it: 1. Unbuckle the purse strap so both straps are free. 2. On the right strap (strap without buckle), tuck it into the left ring (hardware that connects sides of purse to strap). 3. Loop it over the ring and connect it to the ring on the other side of the purse. This should make the straps lay onto the sides of the zipper teeth/opening of the purse (refer to the video for what this should look like). 4. Buckle the straps together.

Hi...I do find some wear and tear on the sides of the flap where the chain touches it and I haven't used the bag much...is it common with this bag?

I enjoyed this tote initially. It looked great for a year. At the almost 1 year mark the handles started to fray and now there is some weird piling going on. When I where the bag I have small pieces of black leather all over my clothes. It’s the only reason I have stopped using it. Maybe I got a bad one but initially I loved the minimalist and elegant style of this bag.

Please remove or lower the background music; it's a bit hard to hear you. But thank you for doing this review! It helped me to decide if I should get the small or mini version.
