Oracion Seis is a mixed bag, if they’re all at their most evil then the world’s screwed, the individual members’ strength ranges drastically, but their individual strength on average is probably higher than the League of villains. Racer alone, one of the weaker members of Oracion Seis, can easily pack up Compress, Twice, Toga, Spinner, and arguably Dabi with his time slow magic
The espada are invisible, their leader can mind control you even if you could box with them, assuming Grimmjow doesn’t beat you into the dirt first The rest of them aren’t even necessary
The Orachion Seis could make themselves either a real serious problem or a non-issue. The only ones I'd really be worried about are Midnight (dude has some serious serial killer shit going on) and Zero (just as obsessed with destruction as Shigaraki), but Hot-Eye just wants money (and his brother), Klodoa is useless, and the others are persons of mass destruction at their worst and develop into genuine heroes at their best.

To the best of my knowledge, the real world contains no ethernano. However, saying they don't have their powers on a technicality like that defeats the purpose of the question; their powers are what make them dangerous in the first place, so without that it's pointless to include them in the question.

Well, maybe if ALL FOR ONE is alongside them. If it's just the League Vanguard, I think we'd mostly be okay. Shigaraki wouldn't want to kill THIS Earth, since his abusive family wasn't ever in it. Kurogiri is basically Shigaraki's nanny, with no malicious will of his own. Frankly, I think most people would probably like or respect Spinner and Twice in Real Life, they would be celebrities. Magne is just some weird trans, so frankly s/he would find his/her crowd easily in Twitter. Compress would basically be a successful magician AND/OR a vigilante fighting governments. The main issues are Dabi, Muscular, Moonfish and Mustard, who are absolute psycho, and Toga who's sadly already been too messed up by her original society. However, if you include Gigantomachia, Wolfgram and Nine or any of the Nomu... Yeah, we screwed. But since there ain't no Pro-Heroes in our world, they literally have no one to aim their hatred at. They could do some real damage, but nothing world-ending because, before fighting and absorbing the Meta Liberation Front, they only have vague society-based goals when not controlled by All For One. Plus, powers aside, these guys are actually as squishy as a normal human (save for Muscular).

If Shigaraki plays it smart, they could the Kingpin Route and establish a criminal empire from behing the scenes, maybe gangpress some doctors into studying their Quirks to empower more people and work towards some kind of international/global control until they're far too well-guarded and influential to simply nuke. Or they'll just stick to surviving; like I said, there'd be no Pro-Heroes or Hero Commission to fully motivate Shigaraki to enact a Meta Liberation War. 2 - If they for any reason become public figures, they could go for open urban terrorism For The Evulz, which frankly wouldn't take long to get them killed pretty quickly depending on where they first arrive and how they act. Alternatively, the League could offer their services to whatever organization or government they're closest to in exchange for protection, if only out of self-preservation at first so they can plan their next moves. I think it all depends on how and where the League of Villains arrive, especially in regards to whether they'll be recognized as fictional characters from My Hero Academia. There are a LOT of people IRL that would sympathize and work with Tomura and the League; I'm not saying there could be _redemption_ for them in our messed up world, but it doesn't necessarily would have to end in a bloodbath either. Also, like I said before, it also depends on whether it's just the Vanguard Super Friends or if you're also including the Doctor, Gigantomachia, Wolfgram, Nine, the Nomu and the Meta Liberation Front. Shigaraki may feel safer going for full global terrorism & domination if there's more than just his own group, or he may play it safer when being advised by Urodaki and Re-Destro. Whether Shigaraki already has All For One's Quirks or not also plays a factor.

Oracion Seis activate Nirvana, which converts good to evil and vice-versa so long as the person has strong ideologies. For example, it made Richard turn good because Richard had such a strong view on money, but it wouldn't work on someone like Kid Buu, who I don't think has any ideologies or even knows what right and wrong is.
Phantom troupe is more of underground stuff they’re mostly a menace to black market involved categories most people would never even be affected by them so yeah 4 is a good place
Oracion seis are some of my favorite villains, and their arc was incredible. Some ppl don't like fairy tail, but i love how the characters didn't just go away after being defeated, not for long. Lots of them stayed around if they ended up having a change of heart, and even some that didn't ended up reappearing. You should watch fairy tail, it's fun.

Even with their low level generic anime superhuman stats, most of the League of Villains should be vulnerable to being sniped in the face by real world military, while the Espada are all significantly superhumanly durable and invisible to anyone who can't see ghosts besides as their default settings. Not to mention that Shigaraki needs to touch you to make you decay while Barragon just needs to be in your general vicinity and all of them should be able to rip out the souls of anyone without notable spiritual powers (even latant ones) in a decent range of them as their opening attack.
Shigaraki literally tanked 10 ICBM type nukes to the face from the U.S.A in the manga, what are mere bullets going to do to him? Him alone is more than enough to dogwalk our world all by himself, he doesn't even need his teammates. The only ones I'd really be worried about are Midnight (dude has some serious serial killer shit going on) and Zero (just as obsessed with destruction as Shigaraki), but Hot-Eye just wants money (and his brother), Klodoa is useless, and the others are persons of mass destruction at their worst and develop into genuine heroes at their best.

If it's just the League Vanguard, I think we'd mostly be okay. Shigaraki wouldn't want to kill THIS Earth, since his abusive family wasn't ever in it. Kurogiri is basically Shigaraki's nanny, with no malicious will of his own. Frankly, I think most people would probably like or respect Spinner and Twice in Real Life, they would be celebrities. Magne is just some weird trans, so frankly s/he would find his/her crowd easily in Twitter. Compress would basically be a successful magician AND/OR a vigilante fighting governments. The main issues are Dabi, Muscular, Moonfish and Mustard, who are absolute psycho, and Toga who's sadly already been too messed up by her original society.
However, if you include Gigantomachia, Wolfgram and Nine or any of the Nomu... Yeah, we screwed.
But since there ain't no Pro-Heroes in our world, they literally have no one to aim their hatred at. They could do some real damage, but nothing world-ending because, before fighting and absorbing the Meta Liberation Front, they only have vague society-based goals when not controlled by All For One. Plus, powers aside, these guys are actually as squishy as a normal human (save for Muscular).

I see two scenariors playing out:
1 - The League of Villains will go completely underground. There ain't no Pro-heroes, so there's no need to go on a warpath. If Shigaraki plays it smart, they could the Kingpin Route and establish a criminal empire from behing the scenes, maybe gangpress some doctors into studying their Quirks to empower more people and work towards some kind of international/global control until they're far too well-guarded and influential to simply nuke. Or they'll just stick to surviving; like I said, there'd be no Pro-Heroes or Hero Commission to fully motivate Shigaraki to enact a Meta Liberation War.
2 - If they for any reason become public figures, they could go for open urban terrorism For The Evulz, which frankly wouldn't take long to get them killed pretty quickly depending on where they first arrive and how they act. Alternatively, the League could offer their services to whatever organization or government they're closest to in exchange for protection, if only out of self-preservation at first so they can plan their next moves.
I think it all depends on how and where the League of Villains arrive, especially in regards to whether they'll be recognized as fictional characters from My Hero Academia. There are a LOT of people IRL that would sympathize and work with Tomura and the League; I'm not saying there could be _redemption_ for them in our messed up world, but it doesn't necessarily would have to end in a bloodbath either.
Also, like I said before, it also depends on whether it's just the Vanguard Super Friends or if you're also including the Doctor, Gigantomachia, Wolfgram, Nine, the Nomu and the Meta Liberation Front. Shigaraki may feel safer going for full global terrorism & domination if there's more than just his own group, or he may play it safer when being advised by Urodaki and Re-Destro. Whether Shigaraki already has All For One's Quirks or not also plays a factor.
Even if somehow spiritual pressure didn't have any effect, I'd be worried because of grimmjow, man is a fucking menace, might just decide to delete the earth because someone bumped into him (at least when he was first introduced)

For example, it made Richard turn good because Richard had such a strong view on money, but it wouldn't work on someone like Kid Buu, who I don't think has any ideologies or even knows what right and wrong is.

Oracion seis are some of my favorite villains, and their arc was incredible. Some ppl don't like fairy tail, but i love how the characters didn't just go away after being defeated, not for long. Lots of them stayed around if they ended up having a change of heart, and even some that didn't ended up reappearing. You should watch fairy tail, it's fun.

Even with their low level generic anime superhuman stats, most of the League of Villains should be vulnerable to being sniped in the face by real world military, while the Espada are all significantly superhumanly durable and invisible to anyone who can't see ghosts besides as their default settings.
Not to mention that Shigaraki needs to touch you to make you decay while Barragon just needs to be in your general vicinity and all of them should be able to rip out the souls of anyone without notable spiritual powers (even latant ones) in a decent range of them as their opening attack.
Shigaraki literally tanked 10 ICBM type nukes to the face from the U.S.A in the manga, what are mere bullets going to do to him? Him alone is more than enough to dogwalk our world all by himself, he doesn't even need his teammates.
