This is really fantastic! I’m wondering…. For an online course, Do you recommend animation in place of static slides to double down on the storytelling and visuals?
I do animations with software. I don't believe in premade websites like what you mention in your videos. None of them can not do what my customer needs!
Fair point. There’s definitely a market that requires animations to be made from the bottom, so to say. But my experience from running my own animation agency purely based on template-based videos is that many customers don’t really care HOW it’s made - they care about what the video does, explains, delivers.
And even with custom animations, the point of this video is still true. It doesn’t matter what tool you use - the goal of an animator has to be to visually explain, and not merely mirror.
Hey Rued.
@@RuedRiisCom tak for hurtigt svar.
In fact, I actually have to phrases that I use. "Well, that's a mistake I wont repeat", and "I'll put this experience into my learning account", ;-)
@@RuedRiisCom Yes! And if I may add, there is also this aspect of _attraction due to quality/uniqueness_ A well-made animation will capture and retain the audience. It might be a bad example, but I remember the first time I saw the music video "8 bit trip". I just couldn't stop watching because I kept thinking "This must have taken aaages to record!"
As always…simply fantastic!
Thank you for all your hard work in putting this together Rued.
THANK you - comments like yours make it worth the while 😅👌🏻
Thank you for sharing Rued! Great concepts to help think outside the box when animating.
Happy to hear that :)

I - LOVE - this - video 😃
those little funny elements like the running box at the end make it so much fun to watch. Keep it up, Rued!
Thanks Dave - took a week to make 😅

💯 I animate all my courses or use animation in them. I think it’s much more interesting to watch than static slides.
Always amazing and creative. Where do you get the images you use in your animations?
Thank you!! You need to ask more precisely, or I won’t know exactly what you mean 🤗
I wants to learn from you how I can??

That's a very good approach to mistakes. My wish is just that animators at least strive for visuals that explain, and not just mirror :)

Thanks for sharing! Very informative! Soon to have my Vyond app. :)
Nice !
Wait you did ALL of this animation in vyond?
Yes. All that is animated is made in Vyond. Texts are added outside Vyond.
@@RuedRiisCom amazing man
An amateur animator uses Vyond instead of After Effects.
Sorry, using vyond doesnt make you an animator
