No. It's not really possible in the sense that Vyond is just 'painting' over the image. That said if created properly as a .svg vector file you can import into Videoscribe and have VS actually draw out the image. This is a big plus for Videoscribe!

1) Videoscribe allows for draw customization. If the illustration is created properly as a .svg vector image then Videoscribe will know how to draw it line by line. Vyond on the other hand will import that customized character but cannot 'draw' the object line by line and simply 'paints' over the image. Not a true whiteboard drawing. 2) Yes but see explanation above.
Yes. Vyond is cloud based software and not client based. So it works with just about any Internet Browser that I have used on a Mac running the M1 Apple Chip.

Yes, you can easily change both the stroke- and fill color of whiteboard styles props (click a prop, change color in upper right corner). About the way it fills, then no, that’s not animated in Vyond - just fills after being drawn.

Adding a Vyond watermark to the videos is really outrageous although they get paid for their service Its just an almost sure way to make you pay for the higher premium subscription
I'm trying to figure out which software allows whiteboard animations, but that you can add colour fill to (very new to trying to create animation videos). Do you have any idea which tools allow you to do that?
Thanks a lot. Custom drawing, no. You can import your own props but cannot animate a stroke that follows the edges, e.g. Compared to Doodly and other whiteboard tools, Vyond is the best. Very subjective of course, but I've tried almost all of them and still stick with Vyond as the most professional choice of them all.
Just to throw the cat among the pigeons, I've used them all and I prefer Doodly for custom drawing and would recommend Doodly over VideoScribe. In addition, you will find alot of nonsense about subscription costs - Doodly is the most cost effective, as you can buy a one-off lifetime purchase to Doodly, which far outstrips the cost of subscription to other options. You can custom draw, control the drawing path, select how much or little is animated in Doodly, upload colour, image and bespoke graphics in Doodly, and plot precisely how animations move from one scene to another - or 'overlap'. Doodly is a much underrated product. I say that as someone who has never worked for Doodly, nor have I ever been paid by Doodly to promote it. It's just a very useful tool.
Because I don't want to face camra that's why I need white board to teach, which software is good enough in reasonable price. My Purpose is to show text and sentences only.
Yess the thing which sucks the most with video scribe is the irritation of working with individual panels... that takes a lot of your time .... but I pay $17.50 pm, ill stick with it coz vyond is too expensive
What Vyond advocates do not tell you is you will get SCREWED with a $99 "rights transfer" fee if you're making videos for commercial use. Meaning you have to pay Vyond $99 for every video after already paying $999 per year to use their program, or risk getting into legal copyright claims if you don't. That's just predatory.
Well, that's no secret - resellers of videos made in Vyond have to pay that fee. I don't have to pay the fee when using content made on their platform for my channel, for example. So the case is that when you sell a Vyond video, you add $99 to your clients invoice. Easy.
If you only have to do one video for work you might wanna just buy it from someone with access to the software. Otherwise you can go for a cheaper option and make something cool with that.

Sure, VideoScribe probably performs a bit better when on a higher plan. But I believe I was able to compare the two on an overall level based on the access I had :)

I understand how you think. But I also think the business world works in the opposite way. Until you invest in proper tools and proper skills and create proper high quality video, you will never attract 1000-dollar projects to make enough money to make this a viable way of life.
