Louise speaks of how we can implement some foundations across all walks of life for starting up with CSR. No matter your role in life, CSR is key to working if you wish to operate sustainably. background in theatre and marketing, Louise joined ASOS in its early days and created the ASOS ‘Fashion with Integrity’ strategy from scratch, building a team who transformed the organisation over 10 years into a leader in ethical trade, sustainability and inclusion, influencing UK fashion in areas like Modern Slavery reporting, animal welfare, diversity and body confidence.
She is the Founding Trustee of the ASOS Foundation, which helps thousands of young people in the UK, India and rural Kenya overcome barriers and reach their potential.
